I placed order for sneakers on March 11th. On March 20 received tracking information. The tracking was never updated, and now it's March 31 amd still no sneakers.

Accidentally ordered a dress using the cheap shipping price when I was just trying to see which one was faster shipping, emailed support and they refunded me without explaining the difference. I ordered the dress again with the high price shipping and 4 months later still have not received the dress even after trying to email and get either info or a refund.

DO NOT ORDER FROM EXLURA! This company must be a scam. I ordered a dress for my daughter for Christmas on Dec 2 and received an email acknowledgment that the order was received but have not received anything yet. No response to emails, no confirmation or anything.

I ordered from Exlura on Amazon, I ordered a beautiful block cardigan. It came in about a week, standard for Hawaii, and is exactly as pictured. It's so soft and comfy, it's my favorite cardigan, I wear it to work all the time.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! You will never receive your order, you will never be contacted by customer service. I ordered a jumpsuit from Exlura and used the app to track my order. Although the app says "Successfully Delivered", I never received it. I was also unable to track my order using their company website with the order number I received. I have contacted them via email numerous times and have yet to hear back from them. They will NOT reply within 8 hours like it states on their website. Save your time and money! TOTAL SCAM!!!

Ordered a nice jumpsuit from here. Really fast shipping, great quality clothing, and awesome customer service. Their clothes are so cute and they come to you looking just like the pictures! The shipping took just 2-3 days, not bad at all. I did reach out to customer service regarding the size I should order and they were very nice. I ordered a large and the jumper fits like a large should fit :) very happy with this website and experience.

It is precisely the same as the picture, and it fits me perfectly too. I am so happy with my order. I started to wear it when I am hanging out with my friends. Also, I have compliments from others, and they asked me where I ordered it ^^!

I ordered a romper and I'm very pleased with order, it was as described. Quality is very good and it's stretchy so that's a plus for me. I ordered in Medium and I'm 5'1 and 134 pounds for reference.

I’ve ordered from Exlura multiple times and and have always been pleased. Items are exactly as pictured. My latest buy was a baby blue romper and it fits amazing. It’s true to size and the color is vibrant. Looks super classy and can be dressed up or down. I’ll continue ordering with this awesome brand.

Very cute romper ! I like the color and button detail. I’d size up if you’re going for a looser fit. I ordered a medium at 132lbs, 5’3” and could have used a large. Very cute design.

Would give this company a negative rating if possible. The item that I received did not match the picture online at all...was marketed as red and it was orange when it came. I followed procedure and sent it back. Now I am after almost 2 months still trying to get my refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!!

I got a sweater in black and I love it. The sleeves are very cute, looser at the top and fitted at the bottom. I would definitely say this is a lightweight sweater or almost more of a shirt. You can wear it off the shoulder or on both shoulders! It has a nice ribbed knit fabric too, and is fitted on the bottom.

Relatively fast shipping considering the distance it had to travel. The fit was perfect. I will definitely shop there again!

I paid ALOT FOR THE EXPEDITED SHIPPING AND I ORDERED THIS ITEM OVER 10 DAYS AGO.. I PAID FOR THE HIGHEST SHIPPING AND THE ITEM IS STILL IN CHINA!!!!!! This is RIDICULOUS. Item is showing now delivered and not to myself I have sent over 20 emails demanding a refund and they refuse to return my money orc resend. Then ignore all further emails. AWFUUUUL COMPANY!!!!! GARBAGE!!!!!!!

The material of the clothing is not what it seems to be on the ad.

I placed my order 7/6/19 and also paid for express shipping and still haven’t got a accurate tracking number to track my package I will never do business with this company again 👎🏽

Placed order ages ago, not arrived, when I sent email they said they would look into it but 2 weeks on still not heard anything, just asked for refund. Doubtful I'll get it!

I wrote many mails and I don’t have any answer, you were going to check if they can send me the same dress, but just in different color (red and white)
Because one of the dress that I ordered were out of stock
My order is unfulfilled and no body follows this

I need to know what is happening, or return me my money because I need the dress before August 1st

I still haven’t received any confirmation of my order. When it’s going to be shipped.. I paid through PayPal.. that was confirmed
