I wish I'd read the reviews here before ordering from these jokers, or are they scammers? They haven't dispatched my order, despite me paying extra for DHL delivery, and they don't respond to emails. My original email support request is still ”unallocated” i.e. not even started to be looked at by anyone.
I should have taken note that they have no customer service phone number, which is always a clear sign to stay away in my experience.
Will be asking my credit card company for a refund in next day or so :(

Ordered a phone from them it's been nearly a month and I have sent multiple emails to them asking for an update and they have responded to none of them.

This is the worst company I have ever seen. I ordered a phone from them, which turned out to be total crap. I wanted to return it, I have already written 14 messages, and no response from them. After ordering a Galaxy Fold Z 4 on…
After ordering a Galaxy Fold Z 4 on October 31st, my order hasn't processed. I've sent 3 emails and posted on the forums only to get automated responses saying someone will contact me. The last one was 3 days ago. Today is Nov. 10th.
At 2pm today I got an email saying that they could send the Galaxy Flip, a completely different phone, separate from the case. When I added the case on the website, it was listed as in stock, but after buying it was changed to backorder. Unacceptable all around.
They do not respond to emails providing additional information and do not process orders.
They asked me to send documents to prove my address and name, I wrote an email and gave them the information they needed, but they did not respond to my email or order. It's been 4 days since I emailed them and I'm starting to feel like I've been scammed.

Nonexistent post sale service, what a BS of a company
Nobody replies to emails, nobody responds to customer service. Just more and more delay and delay. They can just change the awaiting stock however they like, 1 day jumps to 5 days.
Wouldnt suggest buying from here unless you like being left on read.

Misleading website. They show in stock but after ordering they will show awaiting stock and they won’t give you an update on timing. They should be investigated by authorities

28 Nov 2022 - Item received. Took a long time to sort out customs formality but not due to Expansys. All in all, it was a good job by Expansys. The usual you would expect from a decent online retailer. Giving 5 stars rating

I order ASUS Rog Phone 6 pro, And still I haven’t heard from you guys they says they will email me when it dispatch my order but 0 emails give me concern. I want eXpansys to offer a free parcel in returning goods by EMS. DHL doesn’t take care of tax returns. I want eXpansys to give us details of each goods we want to buy. (Like payment systems of eMoney included or not)
Poor customer service
For all out there, please exercise extreme cautious when purchasing from Expansys, especially backorder items as their customer service may be near to non-existence. My purchase was made on 20 Sept 2022 but because one of the items is on backorder, it has been delayed to date. The last respond from them was 7 days ago and despite multiple email follow ups, they seem to have just brushed off and ignore me completely. This will be my first and last purchase from them.
