I wish I'd read the reviews here before ordering from these jokers, or are they scammers? They haven't dispatched my order, despite me paying extra for DHL delivery, and they don't respond to emails. My original email support request is still ”unallocated” i.e. not even started to be looked at by anyone.
I should have taken note that they have no customer service phone number, which is always a clear sign to stay away in my experience.
Will be asking my credit card company for a refund in next day or so :(

Ordered a phone from them it's been nearly a month and I have sent multiple emails to them asking for an update and they have responded to none of them.

This is the worst company I have ever seen. I ordered a phone from them, which turned out to be total crap. I wanted to return it, I have already written 14 messages, and no response from them. Absolute lack of respect for the customer. Do not buy from this hopeless company!!! You will only lose money!!!

We are so pissed on the website!! we don't received any response in how many days we are still waiting for this order !!! They don't care about the headache on this ordered items they got us. So now I am mentioning EXPANSYS TEAM to fix all of this items!! This not about the money this is about the trust we give on this website!!

After ordering a Galaxy Fold Z 4 on October 31st, my order hasn't processed. I've sent 3 emails and posted on the forums only to get automated responses saying someone will contact me. The last one was 3 days ago. Today is Nov. 10th.

At 2pm today I got an email saying that they could send the Galaxy Flip, a completely different phone, separate from the case. When I added the case on the website, it was listed as in stock, but after buying it was changed to backorder. Unacceptable all around.

They asked me to send documents to prove my address and name, I wrote an email and gave them the information they needed, but they did not respond to my email or order. It's been 4 days since I emailed them and I'm starting to feel like I've been scammed.

Why won't anybody respond to customer emails, after I paid for the product already, nobody can tell me a shipping date. I think this might be a scam

I paid for 3 to 5 days shipment. After 10 days still I'm waiting for them to send the tracking number. No one is replying, more than 8 emails were sent.

Nobody replies to emails, nobody responds to customer service. Just more and more delay and delay. They can just change the awaiting stock however they like, 1 day jumps to 5 days.

Wouldnt suggest buying from here unless you like being left on read.

I've purchased from Expansys AU several times in the past and they supply the exact product you requested. Their website has all the detailed necessary info on each product to reassure you and help choose correctly according to specs applicable to your country.

Misleading website. They show in stock but after ordering they will show awaiting stock and they won’t give you an update on timing. They should be investigated by authorities

What happened to your team? Nobody is updating us just even a reply from our email. Its been a week since we placed our order and until now, there is no response from our email. Is this scam?

28 Oct 2022 - Received email from Expansys all in order. Status updated to "Ready to Ship"
28 Oct 2022- Status updated to "Awaiting Stock". (The item was indicated as "in stock" at the time of order)
31 Oct 2022 - Email sent to Expansys requesting to change the item to a different color, which is available in stock.
02 Nov 2022 - Email sent to follow up with Expansys.
05 Nov 2022 - Received email from Expansys confirming item has been changed to a different color which is available in stock.
07 Nov 2022 - Received email from Expansys confirming item has been shipped.
28 Nov 2022 - Item received. Took a long time to sort out customs formality but not due to Expansys. All in all, it was a good job by Expansys. The usual you would expect from a decent online retailer. Giving 5 stars rating

Awesome, fast, and arrived intact

I Order Asus mobile zenfone 8 black colour from expansys and paid already but from there side no date no call no details when they will send back the item as i paid already no details to contact them ,they are asking only details which type of details they need as i order before i fill up the adress i dont know how i will get the item i will not recomended to my frnds and family dont buy from expansys go for amazon or else very anoying webside.

Hi expansy it’s been a two weeks since my ordered. I order ASUS Rog Phone 6 pro, And still I haven’t heard from you guys they says they will email me when it dispatch my order but 0 emails give me concern. Please notify me, I’ve been emailing to you guys but seems is just autobot emails. I can wait as much aslong it delivered my order.

I want eXpansys to offer a free parcel in returning goods by EMS. DHL doesn’t take care of tax returns. I want eXpansys to give us details of each goods we want to buy. (Like payment systems of eMoney included or not)

For all out there, please exercise extreme cautious when purchasing from Expansys, especially backorder items as their customer service may be near to non-existence. My purchase was made on 20 Sept 2022 but because one of the items is on backorder, it has been delayed to date. The last respond from them was 7 days ago and despite multiple email follow ups, they seem to have just brushed off and ignore me completely. This will be my first and last purchase from them.
