This is the best and very simplified way to manage your expenses. I use this all the time through the company I work for. You can snap your receipts on demand and creating your report is simple, haft of it is done by Expensify.

This is the only tool that I have found that will act as a virtual admin for expenses. I don't want to think about the time before I was able to use this tool.

As a person submitting expenses for reimbursement, it has everything I need to get the job done. Some of the features like automatic OCR reading is very helpful for trips in China where entering the store or restaurant names in Chinese is challenging. However, some of the workflow is a little odd such as stopping me from editing or entering manual details when I add a receipt as it is trying to scan. I wish I can stop that process manually so I can enter my own which is faster. Also, I can't seem to figure out how to remove receipts so if you add a duplicate one by accident, it stays on your account. The delete function does ont seem to work.

I love Expensify. It's the quickest way for me to get my money back after a big trip. As a salesperson, it can cost me several thousand dollars for a trip, so it is a great peace of mind to know I am getting those funds back right away. I have used other software like Workday, and find Expensify 1000% easier. The best part is its autoscan feature, which allows me to take pictures on my phone throughout my trip and then makes it a lot easier to process them when I get home. It's the best software I have used for reimbursements (at two different companies).
