I bought things from Box Spain for 95 euros and I was delivered what costs 8 euro in Chinese shops. Never trust them. I am not sure though whether it is the same company as experience box spain.

Jeg købte ting og sager for 95 euro af Box Spain. Jeg fik leveret noget som koster 8 euro i de kinesiske forretninger. Jeg ikke er sikker hvis det er det samme firma som experience box Spain. Men tro på mit ord at ikke at tro på box Spain. Det er ren snyderi.

Poor Customer Service

Tried to contact them twice via their website contact form.

Even asked if what I was requesting wasnt possible if they could at least let me know to allow me to source it elsewhere.

Never even had the decency to respond.

It only takes 2 minutes to say sorry we can't help you..

Incredible support for a first-class experience

Having worked with Experience Box on two of our flagship corporate events now, I can honestly say that it's been an absolute pleasure.
Throughout the whole process, from venue finding to catering, entertainment and AV (and everything in between), Elizabeth and the team were super responsive and understood our brief from the beginning.
Their support at the event was faultless and our guest feedback has been fantastic.
