They charged me 20 bucks.
I was supposed to get someone that could help me recover my Facebook account but he literally copied and pasted what was on the Internet which told me to log into my Facebook
A joke. Just a way to throw 20 bucks away
Oh they also gave me a bad email which didn’t work

No response after an hour and 20 minutes. I asked a sensible question in regard to removing a Facebook business page and supplied a phone number. Not a single response.

I rushed into contacting expert help…

I rushed into contacting expert help about an Evri delivery, I understood that it was one off refundable contact. When I looked at my Paypal Account I realised that I had signed up for a monthly subscription.
A bit misleading but I think(hope ) it was easy to cancel but a waste of £25

The level of expertise for this company is below average. It is not worth the money. Also customer service is basically non-existent. They do not get back to you.

No help

I wanted technical Toyota help, I am a mechanic, what I wanted was Toyota knowledge based experience with Toyotas but the info appeared to be based in general knowledge I ask one question and have been charged twice I have ask to be removed from this site and contacted my credit card company

Helpful, courteous, fast response

The helper understood my question, answered immediately and in a manner I could easily fix my problem. He was very polite and understanding. I am rarely at my desk so I was surprised that he continued to help with my question throughout my day and made sure my problem was fixed.

So far, I have been very pleased with ExpertHelp. The expert that helped me is friendly and extremely helpful. I have had a bad experience with sites that have so-called experts only to get wrong information from a so-called expert who was in too big a hurry to help me. Your expert was just the opposite.
