MacBook Air Battery Failure

Bought a MacBook Air battery with 12 months warranty which failed after 2 months of low usage. Expertpcx were not interested in helping me, just accused me of leaving laptop connected to charger. Avoid at all costs, appalling customer service.

An excellent, genuine computer parts distributor

Very apprehensive when buying laptop batteries these days, lots of scams and fake products out there. I desperately needed a new battery for my HP laptop, so I purchased one from Expertpcx's eBay store.

The seller shipped the battery really quickly, arrived within 3 days of ordering. I replaced my old battery with the new one, HP's CMOS check recognised the legitimate battery immediately. I also used the HP system checker to confirm the component was legitimate, which showed the expected serial number and date of manufacture. The battery worked great, really recommend this supplier.

I returned item and then they disappeared.

Terrible experience with returning item.
I bought a Dell Battery from their Ebay store. Shipment took so much time (more than a month) that when the battery arrived I had already left for another country, and because of corona travel restrictions I could not get back for 6 months. When I finally opened the battery, I plugged it in and found out it was faulty.
1) I promptly wrote to them with details about the issue and they asked me to ship it back.
2) We exchanged some mails for general info (Address, phone number and e-mail)
3) On May, 3 I shipped the battery via TNT courier and notified them tracking number. Item arrived at destination in a couple of days.
4) On May, 15 I wrote again to ask info about the return process.
5) I wrote several times (at least 5) with all details about order number, previously exchanged messages, procedure and tracking number before getting a generic answer after two weeks: "Hi, I will beck to the office tomorrow. Regards."
6) Since then I have been writing several times, receiving only elusive and nonsense replies, only aimed at making me losing time.
7) I never received a replacement nor any refund for the returned item.
8) Last message from them after almost one month asking information: "all services to Greece are suspended at the moment". Which doesn't make any sense, since the item was delivered and shipped from Italy.
