I've been trying to get a human to…

I've been trying to get a human to respond for 6 months. Their LLM is bad at its job and after it says it will need a human and to wait 2-3 days I never hear back. The helmet might be good, I don't know. It's too big.

Excellent customer service, quality products

My wife lost her old magnetic bike light. A fault of hers, not the light. I ordered a replacement from Thousand but unfortunately ordered the wrong one. Easily done as the helmets are v similar. Thousand sorted out a replacement for the replacement really quickly. Really good customer service. My wfie has had the helmet 2 or 3 years. Its cool looking, really robust and has great features like the magnetic light and a pop out for putting a bike lock through

Sorry to say

Sorry to say, but I have had a better start as a first-time customer with other companies. Pre-ordered two months ago a heritage 2.0 helmet. Parcel departed from Netherlands to France, but was stolen in between by the delivery man from Chronopost. Thousand proposed a refund, which I refused since I only want my pre-order. Two weeks later, we're still stuck here. That is, nowhere.

Combining form, function and safety. Eco-friendly. Quality products.

I have an Heritage bike helmet and I am highly satisfied with my purchase. The helmet has a Vintage-inspired look with modern features in a classic navy blue color. It has a PopLock for securing the bike helmet with a lock, one-handed magnetic fastener, integrated dial fit system for precise adjustments, vegan leather straps, 7 vents with internal channeling. It is internationally safety certified. It is also beautifully crafted and a pleasure to wear it.
