My wife lost her old magnetic bike light. A fault of hers, not the light. I ordered a replacement from Thousand but unfortunately ordered the wrong one. Easily done as the helmets are v similar. Sorry to say, but I have had a better start as a first-time customer with other companies. Pre-ordered two months ago a heritage 2.0 helmet. Parcel departed from Netherlands to France, but was stolen in between by the delivery man from Chronopost. Thousand proposed a refund, which I refused since I only want my pre-order. Two weeks later, we're still stuck here. That is, nowhere.
