Bad service!

Bad service! I am now waiting for months for a refund because they can not deliver my producht.

They promise a lot, but do nothing for you.

They don't have stock!!:.

It's been almost a month since I ordered a Cowon M2 player, but they keep giving me excuses for not sending the product!. F**k!, I can accept if they don't have enough stock in their South Korea/China warehouses, what I don't like is that they lie to your face and say that they will send it to you in a couple of days...when a couple of days passes and you ask again, you receive the same answer...and then again!, it's almost like they are laughing at your face...

Please stay away from these scammers...

Worst costumer experience ever.

I'm not really in the mood right now to explain how frustrating is dealing with this store, but if I had to resume it to a single phrase it would be: "Don't buy here, unless you wanna get scammed"
Yes, scammed, just like me.

I bought or "tried" tried to buy an item from their store on the 15th of this month only to later receive a message from the store informing me that my item was discontinued and they were going to refund me in 3-7 days, of course that never happened, even after contacting them almost every single day, more than once a day all what I got was messages giving me excuses and apologies, always telling me they were doing "their best" yeah, their best, their best to screw my patience and scam me.
To the day, literally on the end of the month I've haven't seen a single cent of my money, and of course I won't see that money again, they're not going to refund me never and that's for sure, I already lost my money and time with them, all what can I do now it's advice anybody that read this to not do the same.

And of course, to be sure that Google will index this two big words together and clearly I will write "EXPORT PRIVE = SCAM".

First time shopper (Cowon MP3 player)

1. Prices are competitve.
2. Ordered and payed 10.11.14 to get before Christmas.
3. After 20 days, they informed me, that they have had technical problems with published conditions on web page and that should also pay packaging and shipping costs.
After 20 days.
Christmas was approaching.
4. After several messages we agreed and they somehow manage to prepare web form so I could pay postage.
5. Communication, messages was polite, nice, helpful and prompt.
6. Item was dispatch app 16.12.14 (more than a month after my payment) and received 8.1.2015.
After christmas and new year eve :(

Never mind, wife was symphatetic and pleased with christmas gift.

No delivery, no refund

Since November no delivery and no refund.
All returns to my request are without content.
Legal steps will be necessary.

Last respond from export prive is not consistante. Still no refund!

Excellent service. Best Prices.

Export Prive have some of the best products, especially audio (audiophile grade) portable pdroducts, for really good prices, sometimes they offer the best prices for some products. Also their customer service is excellent, they respond to any inquiries, and would always try to help as much as possible.

Incorrect information on stock available, lack of reactivity

After 2 weeks on purchase order, I do not know whether the provider can deliver what (was specified as available quantity on website), nor when. What worked well is the debit on my bank account.
Very poor.

Pas de remboursement

J'ai attendu pour le remboursement d'une commande annulée dans les 24 beaucoup plus de 3-7 jours ouvrables disent-ils. Contactez-les et disent qu'ils prétendent, mais les jours passent et ne reviennent pas mon argent.
Je crois que j'ai été trompé.

I've been waiting for the refund of a canceled order from the 24th many more than 3-7 business days they say. Contact them and say that they claim but the days pass and do not return my money.
I feel I have been cheated.

I should have read the reviews first

Same experience as so many others. Ordered item shown as in stock. Told many days later that it wasn't actually available. Asked for refund and promised this would happen in 5-7 days. Over two weeks and I'm still waiting for anything.

Avoid - this is a classic scam.

Promises; promises - but no result!!

I ordered a camera on 13 July. Price plus postage was taken by the company - after which I received a mail informing me that the item price was 10% more. I was offered the choice of paying the difference, having a 'credit note' or being 100% reimbursed. Reading many of the postings about Export Prive on Trust Pilot, I accepted the third option - and was promised the money back, even as a response to my initial posting with Trust Pilot. Since then, regular contact (by e-mail - the 'contact us' phone number is NEVER answered) produces efficient promises of the money (when 'the warehouse' has decided - who knows why it is involved), but as of today - 2.5 months later, no repayment has re-entered my account. Promises from the customer service departments (in both French and English), despite being efficiently expedited, are not enough. I want my money back - for the product that I ordered and have never received!!!

Worst Shopping Experience Ever!

I've ordered a Sigma 18-35mm lens here on the 6th of July because the price was very low.

I paid in full and chose the express EMS delivery which costs 19€.

They debited the money the next day and the order status was changed in to 'Preparation in Progress'. And it stayed just like that until I contacted them on the 10th demanding the status of my order. They replied that it'll take 3-5 business days for shipping. But on the product page of the lens, they advertise shipping within 48 hours for EMS.

But until the 15th of July the order status never changed and only when I contacted them again they acknowledged that there was a problem and cancelled the order.

They informed that I'll be refunded within 3-7 business days and I'm still waiting for that.

DO NOT order expensive items from this site.
If you want to, contact the customer service beforehand to verify the stock and the speed of the delivery.

New or used ??!!

I have order a lense for my Lumix.
The delivery delay has been respected. But i have received my lense in buble film without any packaging.
So it's difficult to know if the lense was new or used..

Worst experience

Hi,

The service is horrible. I practically BEGGED for a tracking number for my order.. and nothing YET. I made the order on the 25/6/14 and paid for EXPRESS shipping (3-5 days) - £12,64, and I'm STILL (on the 12/7/14) waiting for it!

I find this incredibly ridiculous and I shall make an official complaint!

Moreover, all the phone numbers provided (french one and the one used in the UK) don't work. So, even that is unbelievable!

MY ORDER

hello there
I ve been realy worry about my order ...days were passing and after all these bad comments , i started to be suspicious.... Well i received my product and is fine!! everything is perfect and the people answered my phone call and my questions.. It takes a little bit longer to receive your order but (they count 15working days AFTER the shipment is ready!!)
But no worry it will come and i advise you to call them!! so you can calm down. Thanks you guys!! nice product, fine price

WARNING, DO NOT BUY FROM EXPORTPRIVE.

Buyers ALERT!
I bought an item from Exportprive, after 2 weeks of waiting, which I expect to receive the items already, they only told me they item has discontinued!

So what are they doing in these 2 weeks? Go figure!

Stay away from this site, Exportprive, remember it.

Annulation ne rembourse pas - cancellation does not reimburse

J'ai passé une commande le 13 mars 2014, annulée le jour même, car le site n'est pas en France mais à Honk kong. Ils annoncent des délais de livraison de 2 jours impossible à tenir, et attention aux frais de douanes qui viennent en plus du prix de l'article. Nous sommes le 14 mai, et je ne suis toujours pas remboursée !!!! 6 mails plus tard, ils osent encore me dire qu'ils s'en occupent.... Je ne pense pas retrouver mes 409 euros, donc attention site à éviter !!!!! il n'y a aucune injure dans cet avis donc merci de le publier, ce n'est que la réalité des faits, je leur ai laissé plusieur fois le délai annoncé de 10 jours pour rembourser mais rien ne vient, il leurs faut donc assumer leur manque de professionnalisme.

I placed an order March 13, 2014, canceled the same day, because the site is not in France but in Hong Kong. They advertise delivery time of two days not to hold, and attention to customs fees that come with the price of the item. We are May 14 and I'm still not refunded !!!! 6 mails later, they still dare say they care for them .... I do not think my back 409 euros, so be careful to avoid website !!!!!
there is no insult in this review so thank you publish, it is only the facts, I gave them several times the stated time of 10 days to pay but nothing comes, he must therefore bear their their lack of professionalism.

Concernant les frais de douanes, il existe en effet une faible probabilité de se voir adresser une facture par le transporteur dans le cas d'un contrôle mais cela n'est en rien automatique.

Don't trust this site. Very bad service, HUGE delay in delivery despite paying for express delivery without any compensation

I received a camera after more than 1 month despite paying an additional fee for express delivery (which was indicated to be 5 days). I called the customer service several times to inquire when the camera would be delivered and never received a precise answer. Since the camera was imported from Asia, the service representative in France was never able to reply to any of my questions or inquiries directly. In addition, I did not receive any compensation for the huge delay in the delivery even though I paid a higher fee.
Moreover, my right to return the camera expired due to the delay in the delivery and the company refused to reimburse me when I was trying to return the camera.

Unfortunately, it is specified in our terms and conditions that this type of carrier is not operational for cameras and lenses as these items are shipped from our Hong Kong warehouse and we do not have contracts with carriers meeting this terms. A voucher was offered to you as an apology for the delay in delivery. Indeed, you had until April 17 to return the parcel to our warehouse but the delay is now long past.
