I have ordered Christmas Card photo cards from Exposures for over 10 years. I have always been very pleased and received many compliments on them. This year when I received my order I was extremely disappointed by the quality of the cards. The paper was thinner and of poorer quality. Instead of a place to insert the card from the inside, the card had to be placed on the outside and fastened with glue dots provided. They did not provide enough dots for the 72 cards ordered to place one on each corner. The dots were very small, very sticky and hard to remove from the paper they came on. Just trying it out on one card was frustrating. I know this will be a chore to place them on the additional 71 cards.
When I ordered on line I noticed there were only two selections to make for verticle photos, wherein the past there were more options. I was not aware that the pocket for the photo was not part of this card as had been in the past. There was a small note that did say glue dots would be provided but I thought that was and additional option included with the pocket version of the cards I ordered.
I contacted their customer service and informed them of my disappointment in their product. They offered to refund my money upon return of the cards or replace them with the only other verticle card holder which would not work because of the color. We settled on the company sending more glue dots and a 15% discount, which truly does not compensate for my disappointment in the quality of the card or the frustration and time spent in trying to work with the cards to make them look any where near as nice as the ones I have sent out in the past.

easy purchase, I always buy a Presidential Album each year. Had to go to the smaller size this year...they've gotten so pricey!

Ordered 11/12. Have not heard from y’all or received the package and it’s been over a month!

Wish there were more choices of cards. I do like being able to personalized cards and envelopes.

ORDERED 5 ORNAMENTS.4 came great and 1 came wrong.. was and ornament with 2 names and they forgot to put the & sign in the middle.. I ordered over the phone so the person should have said "do you want the & sign..so it would say BOB & SUE and not BOB SUE.. I never thought it was xtra.. Anyway I am now waiting for a replacement at their expense.. They should have asked..

At the time I placed an order, one of the items was backordered with an expected in stock date of 11-18. I received the 1st 4 items within 2 weeks but the final item no longer shows as a purchase when I track my order or look at purchase history. My total purchase price reflects the 5th item but there is no record of it and no tracking information. When I call customer service, the automated system says ALL 4 purchased items shipped. Still waiting on item 5!

Bought this over8 years ago and the older one looks brand new!

The first order, a personalized leather album, came in damaged, name was misspelled, and was NOT supposed to be shipped to me but to the recipient. In this circumstance because of everything that was wrong with the order I would have been so embarrassed if the recipient had received the order. As upset & frustrated as I was, Customer Service rectified all the issues and this time sent it directly to the recipient and everything was fine. They did right by me with no hassle or extra charge. And for that reason I gave them four stars. I would not hesitate doing business with them again. They definitely put their customers first.

Exposures has consistently provided quality items at fair prices with quick delivery. We've collected their leather albums for years and have a beautiful display in our family room. Our kids can easily reach an album and laugh over the baby photos!

Products are very good, but shopping for them is difficult.
Website is confusing and key information is often lacking regarding albums. Album specifications do not include capacity of the binder to hold a maximum number of pages/photos. This is critical to my selection. When called, your reps do not always know the capacities.
Further, it is irritating to place an order at full price for product and shipping, and then the order confirmation offers free shipping and a discount on my next purchase! Why the next purchase after I have just spent full price to buy what I need?! These products are not ordered often -- maybe only after taking another 200 photos! I understand Exposures wants me to purchase more often, but your promotions and attitudes are only driving me to seek alternative sources.

I have bought the photo albums and pages for all my grandchildren. They are beautiful, sturdy, and the extra large size allows for storing many happy memories of all sizes.

Love our canvas! This is the 5th one we have purchased since 2002! It’s a great way for our family to commemorate special occasions and memories. We have ordered black and white in the past, but this time we ordered color and it turned out just as great!

For years I placed many orders with Exposures. I have a series of
green and tan photo albums (3 ring standard size) that contain photos from travels going back to 1981. Now that I want to add more of this same album for recent travels I find you don't display the same album any longer. That was very disappointing to not have this same album available. These albums had two different colored squares that were stacked along the spine with the ability to personalize one of the squares. I suppose my order history would show the actual name of the album?

Your product allowed me to finish a long planned project, a photo album for my daughter’s 50th birthday. When I started I did not realize how many pages I would need or what style. Once I figured it out, I was able to order just the right pages (and some to spare) and also some “tack down” dots to secure photos in place, which the customer see rep suggested. Now the project is done and my daughter is thrilled with it. Also, the leather. album is a beauty!

Experience with Exposures on this last order is same as when have purchased in past. They're great.

Purchased it as a gift for a friend who's fur baby had just passed & I was amazingly surprised by the size & quality. Specially considering how inexpensive. Must get!
