Express Moving 

Absolutely shocking and disgusting service. Cannot believe how I’ve been treated by this removals company. Pretty sure they make the prices as they go along depending on how they feel. Not only that but they damaged and broke my £1000 TV and have completely ghosted me. Won’t answer my calls or texts or anything!! can’t believe it really really terrible terrible people…

The move was great, however, I had a bag of tools which had special tools that I lent to the moving men for my sleeper couch. In that bag were screws, washers etc., for my garden furniture, sleeper couch and dining room suite. I emailed Benny 2 days (11th December) after the move to say that I believe your moving guys might have inadvertently taken my bag of tools etc. I eventually called where he said yes, they did have them and would be dropped of or mailed to me. That was apparently the 28th of December when they mailed them. Since then 16 emails later a promise to refund me money for them as apparently Royal Mail must have lost them he still will not respond to my emails of phone calls. With phone calls I am sure that the moment he sees my number the voice message says they are not in the office. On top of all of this his moving guys did not put all the screws into the sleeper bed which now means the whole back of the sleeper couch is loose. Those screws are in my bag that they took so pretty much useless now as well as not being able to put my other furniture together. This as far as I am now concerned is theft.

If only the experience with Express Moving was the same throughout the whole process. What I can say is that the engagement up to and including the move was very good, the move went well on the day, and, save for some minor damages I was pretty happy. But the thing is I paid for a packing service which included removal of the used boxes packaging material. It is because of this that I leave a 2 star review because, after finishing unpacking, flat packing the boxes, and getting them ready for collection - Express Movers has simply ghosted me. I have tried calling, emailing, texting but I am just ignored, in my last attempt to make contact I gave an additional week to respond before reverting to leaving a negative review (unfortunately). Therefore, I am sat with a whole bunch of empty boxes and only a partially delivered service. If Express Movers sees this rating and would like to respond, I would be happy to reconsider this review if you make good on your commitment to collect and dispose of the packing material used.

Best Ever! From start to finish this company has been brilliant. I had to rearrange my removal date on four occasions, Express Moving worked with me every time. On the day the team were bang on time, so efficient, tidy, professional and respectful and great communication.
I cannot fault them! If you’re planning a move you should book these guys.

My partner and I moved houses, but decided to move across the country, and to make it even more difficult, we decided to rent while the buying process got sorted, which meant we were looking for a moving company + storage, which made the whole experience of trying to find the right moving company an absolute nightmare.

Until we came across "Express Moving". We cannot thank Benny enough for making such a stressful process, a little easier. He managed all our dates, times, and necessities with an agility and availability that we cannot praise enough! He was incredibly transparent in regards to what would suit us best, and it felt like he wasn't there to "just take our money" but really, he was there to make sure we got advice, guidance and help during this moving process. And that's exactly what he did! He advised us that we would benefit from looking into independent storage, as it would save us some money and facilitate access during the months we were renting.

Today, we finally moved all our belongings to our new home, and I wanted to thank Constantin (and his colleague) for his level of professionalism and care, while emptying the van into our house. We had just put new floors in, and they were so very careful and mindful. They put all our big furniture back together, installed the washing machine and even put together a table that we dismantled ourselves. True meaning of "above and beyond" and honestly, this kind of peace of mind is worth EVERY PENNY.

Will absolutely use Express Moving again, and recommend it to anyone who will listen. Thank you again, for the excellent service. All the best for you, and your business!

Brilliant service! I would definitely recommend them! The team formed of 3 Romanian gentlemen were courteous, and very careful with our belongings and the house overall. We took them through the house to show them what needed moving and left them to it. Where unsure, they checked with us and were very understanding. Our sofa was stuck in the hallway, but they were patient and helped us remove the legs off the sofa to get it through the door, without damaging the sofa nor the door/walls. (nobody likes a sofa in the hallway! :D ) They were brilliant and showed very good teamwork. And overall, they made what was otherwise a stressful day, that little bit easier. It was a relief to find movers that we could trust and recommend!

Excellent service, highly recommend Express Moving! I was extremely happy on the quality and care services from the entire team.

Firstly the booking was super easy, good price and punctuality.
Then the two guys that helped us had a very good care of all our stuff, disabled the big furniture items and literally optimised every inch of the space in the van so we got everything out in one go.

We had some troubles with the elevator on the flat and lots of stairs on the house but the guys managed to still work fairly quickly. Also happy how fast and well they reassembled all the furniture in the new home.

We moved house with Express Moving yesterday and are very happy with the service we received. The guys were super punctual (early in fact!) and worked very hard and quickly. They were very kind and polite too.

Arranging the removal was also a very smooth process, which is why I chose this company to begin with. Beny responded to my enquiry very quickly with a very competitive quote. After sending him photos of the inventory over WhatsApp, the quote remained the same, which was great. He called the day before the move to confirm the time, which was reassuring. On the day, we drove ahead to the house and left them to pack the van. When they left, we received a video of the apartment and the locked door, again very reassuring. Furthermore, they took our furniture apart and reassembled it at no extra cost.

Hopefully we don’t have to move again too soon, but when we do we will definitely choose Express Moving!

Absolutely fantastic service!

3 men helped us relocate from Surrey to Cambridgeshire and the whole process was seamless. They took apart furniture and carefully put it back together at the new house in addition to lifting and moving lots of heavy boxes/bags. They even asked where we would like furniture like sofas and beds placed in the new house so we wouldn’t have to move them again after they left. Incredible! 100% recommend and would definitely use again! Thank you!
