Lovely so happy

Rent several appliances from Express and found them to be a great company. Delivery people always polite and helpful, customer service persons always helpful and friendly.

Got are parcel yesterday we are happy with it

Fantastic job with the 2 men as they helped me take my old fridge freezer outside and brought the new one in.. I will be ordering again

Fantastic serve come on time and day they said helped me get thr washer up the stairs and plumbed it in 4 me and good product aswel

Had washing machine its amazing and the guys that delivered it were spot on i was constantly informed of my delivery can't fault them

I did not get dragged through the coals I asked for what I wanted and after 20 minutes I got it no long way round just fill the forms and that's it and then my stuff was delivered and perfect customer service

The gentlemen that came to fix my oven door, were polite, and very respectful.

Always been very trustworthy and reliable. Would definitely recommend

So far so good, my order was delivered within a few days it wasn’t left but that was ultimately my fault as I didn’t have proof of d.o.b. But after contacting them back mt delivery was rebooked and again within a few days and the response to my email was in seconds not even minutes so fantastic customer service, so as I say so far they have been amazing I’ll update once I receive the product and I’ll hopefully be saying even more positive reviews

I have been with express appliances for over a year now and have had a really good experience. Great customer service and friendly. Only downside for me is that because of the area I’m in I’m not able to rent the big appliances such as cooker or fridges because there is no delivery in my catchment area, I am hoping one day it becomes available in my area, but I am able to rent smaller items such as phones, lap tops and some tvs and overall have had a good experience and will definitely recommend to others

This service is over priced and goods are shoddy! I have been rent because I had to finish the year with them the tumble dryer I was dented and old. It broke within 10 weeks and I had no choice to carry on paying for the 12 months. Staff are rude when ringing up for help with repairs also. I had an appointment for a repair in the early days and no one showed up so I gave up. Once this goes back I will never use them again nor will I recommend. It’s over priced tat that’s at the end of its life. Stay clear!!
