Helpful and efficient from the first call
I recently instructed Express Solicitors after having a trip . As someone who actually works in PL claims myself, I know the terminology and process inside out, but that didn't stop me appreciating how well they've handled things from the outset.
From the moment I first called to register my claim, right through to it being passed on to a solicitor, the team have been really helpful throughout. They even provided me with a copy of the CNF, which I appreciated as it kept me informed of exactly where things stood.
My claim is still in progress, but I'm really impressed with the initial instruction process and would recommend Express Solicitors to anyone needing representation so far.

Absolute worst experience with fake positive opinion
Absolute worst experience with this firm. Complete organizational chaos and total lack of professionalism. My case was handled by over a dozen different staff members, making any continuity impossible. Instead of fighting for my rights, they constantly pressured me to accept a ridiculously low settlement and used unprofessional tactics in their correspondence. Avoid at all costs.
Notice that all the positive reviews here are simply fake—they all came in on the same day; they were simply bought!
