Exactly what i wanted at the most competetive price i could find,my only critisism is that i wasnt advised of the item having being "dispatched" so spent a little time having to ring up to find out and then the usual "I ll get back to you when I find out" type of response. Having said that, the operative was as good as his word and he came back promptly with the answer that the item was already in the post and sure enough it turned up via royal mail the next day, So thanks guys but please remember, good communication accounts for a lot, Best regards, Chris V.

The range of tools was very good and the prices competitive. The website is easy to order from and the delivery was prompt. I was kept informed of the orders progress at all stages by email.
All in all a very good shopping experience. Express tools are now in my 'favourites' to use next time I need some tools.

Very happy with online ordering and a speedy dispatch (NOT HAPPY WITH COURIER UPS ) could not be botherd to ring nuber which said only 5 mins away wife had to have next day off which cost me £40 which was more than i saved by buying online so make sure someone is going to be in before ordering

great ladder, great price, great service - all in all a great deal

Having scanned their web site I finally opted for the tallest platform ladder that was listed. I did have to call to check stocks/availability as instructed and was informed that delivery would be wednesday of the following week, approx 5 days later. I duly placed my order and to my surprise delivery was a day earlier that instructed.

Perfect buying experience, needed my item next day which was no problem when i rang the office. Also helped out when we were worried that the carrier was not turning up. Highly recommended.

Item was ordered online as the price was as keen as could be, delivery was quick - nothing more to say......

I PURCHASED AN EVOLUTION PRESSURE WASHER HAVING LOOKED AT THEM FOR AGES, THE RICE ON EXPRESS TOOLS WAS OVER £100.00 CHEAPER THAN OTHERS I HAVE SPOTTED ON THE WEB. SO FAR I HAVE ONLY USED IT A COUPLE OF TIMES BUT IT SEEMS A SOLID UNIT. BUT TIME WILL TELL.
IT WAS DELIVERED WITHIN 48 HOURS, 1 WEEK BEFORE CHRISTMAS, GREAT RESULT.
