Watch out!! ExtensionWorks STOLE my money and RAN away!

I've bought the Extension Works WordPress plugin and I have immediately noticed that the product was not for me and gently asked Nicole, (the author of the plugin) for a refund because I was not using her plugin. That was like 4 hours after I've bought the plugin. She refused and said: "If you downloaded the plugin you are not entitled to a refund. I will check the download logs"

Yeah, I downloaded the plugin to see if it suits my need and realize its not, so what ? you keep my money?

At the end, Extension Works have literally STOLE my money. After realized that they dont want to refund, I tried to contact them by email to understand why and I never got a reply ! I have also contacted them on their facebook page and THEY HAVE BANNED ME off their FB page!! So yeah ! they try to hide from me..and left with my $54 buck!

Im not the kind of man who leave bad reviews but this time, I really feel that I have been ripped off! All i want is my money back!

Reply from Extension Works

I thought it was time we replied to this review.

All that was stated, is not true and incorrect, we (ExtensionWorks) are a very committed company and try our very best to help and service our customers, we did not steal anyone's money.

This reviewer had written that we had scammed him as well and once we pointed out what the word 'scam' means he promptly edited his review title.

Let me explain what occurred.

Motion In Design, motionindesign.com purchased the WooCommerce Canada Post label printing plugin. This plugin is dependent on another ExtensionWorks shipping plugin (WooCommerce Canada Post shipping plugin) to function, this is stated on the WooCommerce Canada Post label printing plugin product description.

I can see at some point motionindesign had been using both plugins although the licence keys had lapsed, and were not active anymore. Motinindesign came back to ExtensionWorks and repurchased the WooCommerce Canada Post label printing plugin only to discover that he had not been using our plugin and he may have been using a different plugin.

The plugin had been downloaded and the ExtensionWorks Licence key had been activated on a website, if products are downloaded unfortunately we do not provide refunds, we sell digital products.

Motionindesign submitted a Paypal dispute for this purchase and Paypal granted the decision in our favor.

Please consider a business's reputation when you write reviews, ExtensionWorks will do everything possible to work with our customers for without our customers we would cease to exist.

We are thankful and respectful to all the customers that we do have.
