I got an unexpected flat due to the usual pothole situation. RAC couldn’t get there quickly enough (poss 3 hr wait) but a short call later, Matt from ExtramileTyres arrived to save the day. Got a brand new tyre fitted within an hour. Matt was polite, efficient and got the job done with no fuss. Cost was reasonable because RAC wouldn’t have supplied me a free new tyre so fair enough. Can recommended 100%

Hit a pothole late last night in the pouring rain and within the hour like promised Extra Mile had a technician to me on a Sunday night. Really impressed with the service and I will definitely never go anywhere else now. Thanks again.

Thank you Extra Mile Tyres, saved me & my 2 children on the school run! Called Extra Mile when I got a puncture on the school run, within 40 mins they were with me & another 10 mins later the tyre was changed & I was on my way.

I contacted Extra Mile Tyres at 12:24 after my tyre burst on the side of a country lane. I was told someone would be with me within 40–60 minutes.

By 13:38, no one had arrived and I hadn’t received any call or update, so I rang back. I was told the repairman should have already arrived and they would contact him for an update.

At 14:00, the repairman finally contacted me asking for my location, which I had already provided earlier and then told me it would be another 45 minutes.

They eventually arrived at 3:00 pm, over 2½ hours after my initial call, despite the website advertising guaranteed or rapid response times. There was no proactive communication during the delay, which was particularly frustrating given I was stranded on a country lane with my child.

The repair itself was fine once they arrived, but the response time and lack of updates did not match what was promised or advertised. I would only recommend if timing is not critical.

Completely untrustworthy. The first time I used this service it was fine, but the second time was a total disaster. There was zero transparency on pricing. It was just a flat tyre and I expected a simple repair, but the moment I contacted them they pushed aggressively for a full tyre change. As expected, once they arrived on site, they went ahead and changed the tyres anyway.

They confirmed £200 by text, then without any approval charged £280. When I showed them the message, they suddenly dropped it to £240 and continued arguing and pressuring me to accept it. This is people’s hard-earned money, not something to be played with.

There is a very thin line between business and cheating — and they crossed it. I genuinely felt cheated and taken advantage of. I will never use this service again and strongly warn others to stay away.

These guys are 100% amazing, kind, friendly and fast, two new 22” BMW X5 tyres not in stock anywhere and Extra Mile Tyres delivered!!! From phone call to finish was just over a hour, an incredible service, I will never use anyone else.
