Extremely frustrating experience with this company.
They advertise products as “in stock” and allow you to place an order with no indication otherwise. After placing my order and hearing nothing, I had to call them to find out why it hadn’t shipped—only then was I told the item was actually out of stock.
They promised to send an alternative from the warehouse the same day. That didn’t happen either. Days went by with zero updates, and when I followed up again, I was ghosted.
At that point, I had no choice but to escalate. I’ve now demanded overnight shipping at their expense and made it clear that if they don’t respond promptly, I’ll be filing a chargeback.
This is not how a legitimate business operates. Poor communication, misleading inventory, and no follow-through.
