Do not send these people your glasses. They were unable to fix the scratches in my lenses and will make you pay for work they didn’t do and charge you outrageous shipping fees, threaten to throw your glasses out and hold your glasses hostage if you don’t pay up.

The communication from Eyeglass Depot regarding receipt of my glasses, when they were being repaired, and when they would be sent back was very clear and timely. I recommend this service.

They found me the last pair of Arnette Frames on the planet (literally) to replace my vintage glasses so I could re-use my prescription lenses. Worth the wait to arrive into Australia

I was looking of the pair of glasses I own, and which of course, because they´re an old model, no longer exist, but EyeglassesDepot had them :)
They were very responsive and followed-up with me throughout the complete course of the order fullfilment.
I would definitely order through them again in the future. I´m very happy with my purchase and the kind service.

Eyeglass Depot reached out promptly but for whatever reason, all the emails went to my spam folder. There were many emails which means they tried very hard to contact me. They did not have the frame I needed at this time but I will try them again in the future.

Sent my oakleys here to be repaired and have not received ONE call or email back from them about anything. I then asked for my glasses back and they want me to PAY to have them shipped back. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM and I will probably never get my glasses back!!

Initial communication and shipping was very good. Estimate was reasonable and timely. However, it has been a month and still don't have my sunglasses. They don't answer the phone, they don't respond to their Chat Service, and they billed my credit card twice. I have logged into their system and can find no record of my repair. I would not use this company in the future, and do not recommend them for repairs. I have no idea about their sales.

I was contacted by a gentleman stating he was the new owner. He is working to address previous bad reviews as he also addresses the problems caused by the business' seller. As a good faith gesture, he offered me generous consideration to right my bad experience. I would be happy to use his company in the future, but have no need, currently. He's been very communicative, and candid. Probably okay to try him.

Probably my fault for not researching this company before sending my sunglasses to be repaired. But they are a total rip off. ($40 to replace one little screw) They do not give estimates before doing a repair then hold your glasses hostage until you pay up. Impossible to get anyone on the phone and do not return messages anyway either. There was no prepaid shipping label and keep texting my phone to let me know that the bill hasn't yet been paid. No kidding. Do not use this so called repair service!

I ordered eyeglasses online, received a confirmation, but after 1.5 months have received no other contact or merchandise.

I searched the internet for a company that could repair my vintage Porsche folding sunglasses. When I read the company’s Eyeglasses Depot description I was impressed. I sent my glasses to them with the prepaid USPS free shipping label. I tracked the delivery to Pomona. Their webpage says they would contact me in 48 hours with a repair cost. After 10 days no response whatsoever. I have called at least 20 times left clear messages and sent emails. I think I have been taken and I’m furious. Beware

I am writing to try and get a response from this company. I was stupid enough to purchase a pair of glasses. I have been trying to contact them - any number for them does not go through. Any email link does not go through. Any chat feature is a waste of time. I am resorting to this to try to get a response and a call back.
