This company is shady and a mess administratively

This company tried to claim I owe them money for a product they never even gave me after they found out it was discontinued and after I already ordered it from them but then they didn’t have it. Then they tried to get me a sample of another kind of contact lenses and said they wanted them back after I already discarded them and they never said they wanted them back before that.

Then, when I reminded them, they made up a story, twisted the facts and then reported the money owing to the credit bureaus which I have learned will actually accept the business’ report of a negative credit event to a credit file just as long as they asked a collection company to send a letter. So they got some company to do it for free, hoping I would cave but not a chance. Such scammers!

There are no documents that show I owe money, nothing that says I agreed to pay any money, not a single thing. But they have not been doing as well as they used to, so I guess they convince them self of what they have to in order to try to pay the bills.

Needless to say, I will never pay this, it is unlawful and just bad business by a shady businessman.

Don’t buy your glasses or contacts or otherwise from this place, I doubt they will be in business much longer.
