I’ve ordered quite a lot of stuff off of this company now. the value for money it next to nothing to get the quantity of products that you get, without missing out on the performance is unheard of if you went to a different company like duel or auto glym the price would increase by a county mile. With all this being said the delivery time can be a bit lack luster though the pest couple times I have ordered it’s been getting quicker and quicker but still around 2 weeks, but personally I’m willing to wait a bit longer for good quality cheaper products than blow a power of money on expensive products the yield the same results. I do hope as the company grows the delivery time shrinks with it

Do not buy from here !!! Ordered over four weeks ago . Half the items not sent , no reply to my several emails , no answer on the phones . Do not waste your money you will not get the goods .

I placed my order on the14/5 and still no item No reply to Emails or phone calls SCAM COMPANEY

Had to give a one star as I couldn't put zero stars.
I definitely wouldn't recommend this company. Made 2 orders, one on 11th May and the other 12th May. Received part of the order which was made on 12th May. Tried calling everyday bit no answer. Emailed several times and no answer.

I only gave 1 star because there was no lower option!
Appalling service. I've been waiting 5 weeks now and no delivery. Automated 'Zendesk' replies on email that mean nothing. Phone number appears to be bogus. I keep getting a women on the call who puts the phone down. Other people report getting through to a locksmiths! Clearly some kind of scam. Twice I have had a 'Royal Mail' notification that my products are getting delivered, only for them to never arrive. Avoid these guys at all costs.

Poor service. Waited over 2 weeks for delivery of my order. Standard automated replies to my emails stating "due to high demand" there was a delay. The phone number just rings out with no answer. When the order was finally delivered the 5 litres was damaged & had leaked, completely destroyed the box. Sent another email to complain but had no response.
Such a shame a simple good customer service would stop these bad reviews.
I will not be buying from this company again.

Items never received even though they said delivered. Tried calling and emailed the company many times still no response. At this point I'd just like my money back. It's now been about 3 weeks my advice would be avoid doing business with this company.

Save your money and buy from another company. Absolute joke of a service, no customer service, emails ignored, phone calls ignored. Still no products, I'm going to have to get a refund through my credit card. Avoid this company at all costs!! Jokers

The same as everyone else, I ordered ages ago and have had no communication since. Tried contacting them, nothing.
Still getting spammed, don't get drawn in!

Ordered 3 things been waiting 5 weeks still nothing when emailed I git told they are struggling with delivery 5 weeks is 2 long now they wont answer any of my emails I want to cancel my order but customer service is terrible do not order if you want to be disappointed

Great catchy adverts with a new special offer on daily basis, a lot of effort goes into advertising, problem is the adverts are is writing cheques the service just cannot cash!

In this day and age a 3 week delivery is not acceptable, ok in being fair it was not stated the delivery time, but that is obviously on purpose as no one expects it to be that long anymore.

I ordered on a Wednesday and got some
Of the items 3 weeks to the day, and the rest of my items 3 1/2 weeks to the day, waiting almost a month for delivery is shocking.

Several emails, and had a response to only 2, both times a copied and pasted generic message about how busy they are and that machines are running longer hours to fulfil orders blah blah blah

If I took so long to sent items my customers bought online and then ignored messages and failed to answer phones I wouldn’t be around very long.

If you don’t have the gear to fulfil orders, stop advertising until you have caught up, not rocket science is it!

To add salt to the wound the daily 3 spammy emails every single day with the latest ‘must not miss’ once in a lifetime bargain offers makes you think that they are sat laughing at the masses of emails demanding to know where people’s orders are whilst still sending mountains of crap emails to your email inbox.

Oh and if you think you can phone them to chase up your order, think again, you will not get anyone to pick up the phone their end!!!

All in all a truly disappointing experience, going by other reviews this is a regular occurrence, unfortunately however good the products may be, (due to delivery times the sale cars I needed the products for have now gone)

**Shocking customer service**

I am missing several items, have sent multiple emails, and have tried calling, but nobody answers the phone or gives any proper response.

Absolutely shocking customer service. Happy to take payment, but seemingly unable to fulfil a basic order or respond to a customer.

Based on this experience, I would not recommend them at all. Shame as the products are good.

Wont be back.

Ordered products 11 days ago, still not dispatched, called numerous times, nobody answers, emailed numerous times, nobody replies. Really disappointed, as used them before and they were great, but wouldn’t use again.

Initial order made 4 weeks ago, was advised had been sent but when order confirmed delivered after 2 weeks it transpires was returned to warehouse. Have now been awaiting another 2 weeks for confirmation order will be resent. When trying to contact via email answers are sporadic or go unanswered. Also if trying to contact via telephone phone is not answered at all. Very poor service and disappointing as product was good.

Ordered my bundles in 16th April and nothing has been delivered I have emailed the customer service and just get the same response that they are doing there best to fulfil orders, this is not acceptable they have had my money for nearly 2 months!!!! I have always used them before bit this is the last time I will ever use again

Have used EZ before but this time has been a nightmare. The parcel has been stuck at the depot near Liverpool for over a week. Then today it’s showing as delivered to Manchester. The delivery is Surrey. EZ will not answer the phone or respond to emails.

Ordered 6th May no items received useless answers to email no response on telephone will never use again !!!

Currently waiting for an order placed on 25/5. Money taken that day from credit card same day and no sign of shipping information or contact from company.
Used products previously and have been pleased with results, so it's now a shame to see so many poor reviews and now my own experience.
The company cannot keep up with demand created by social media advertising and offers.

I was a little bit sceptical based on previous reviews especially around delivery time after I emailed and queried my order. I received a response the same day and I promise of when my items were delivered they’ve turned up today and I’m really happy. I’ve got everything I wanted plus a few extras can’t wait to use it.

I have used EZ car care years ago and they were always 10/10 so I decided to re order with them. I wish I had read reviews before this order. I ordered on the Monday and it said dispatch next working day. Came to the Thursday and no notifications so I emailed them. They said they would aim to dispatch at the end of the week. That has come and gone and now nothing. I’ve emailed twice requesting to cancel my order and tried to phone but as everyone else has been saying, i’m getting radio silence now. I just want my money back please!
