This was the first time I've needed my windscreen repaired so I opted for a local company with plenty of experience. Mark was really great at giving a clear explanation of what he needed to do and the prcoess required, answering any the questions I had, for a very reasonable price too. He was also good enough to do the job on a weekend as well, so overall it was a great experience and I would very much recommend Mark and EziGlass.

The definition of excellent service. One telephone call, and two days later I have a new windscreen, fitted at home in under an hour, and at a very competitive price.
If you need a swift professional glazing service, at a reasonable price, EziGlass is the company of choice.

Emailed Mark on Sat about my rear view mirror which had come unstuck, he replied promptly and came round on the Monday and managed to reglue for me. Very good service, happy to recommend.

My 2018 Range Rover Evoke had sudden rainwater leak issue from the top of the windscreen. Other than the leak my screen was fine and I needed a remove and reseal job.

After checking out local car glazing companies on the internet I had no doubt the Ezi Glass web site stood head and shoulders above the rest.

A very impressive web site, good photos (Including an Evoke with the same issue as mine) and lots of clear, concise and detailed information for prospective customers.

I liked the fact that the Ezi Glass site stated they are a small local company, run by Mark who does all the installation work himself and has over 40 years experience.

Ezi Glass was my prefered choice, but for balance I decided to first phone one of the big national companies. They asked if my windscreen was damaged, I said no its fine and asked them to quote me for a remove and reseal. They declined to quote as my glass was undamaged and stated that in my case a remove and reseal job was not something they do.

Not great customer service, so I phoned Mark, he had no problem to sort out my issue, we had a very positive discussion as to what the job would entail, including recalibrating my ADAS system if required.

Mark explained how it would be done along with the potential pitfall of a screen breakage, which can happen during removal.

Less than half an hour later Mark had quoted me prices to remove and reseal and also replace should the screen break during removal.

The job was fixed for 7 days time but in fact Mark was able to arrive at my home 3 days later, he removed my screen without any damage, resealed and completed the job within 3 hours.

During the process I was fascinated to see how Mark removed the screen along with the window heating electrics / screen cameras etc and then reinstalled it all.

Mark is a complete professional who undoubtably has a very extensive knowledge of vehicle glazing built up over the past 40 years in the business.

The completed job looked excellent. The screen has never been cleaner (I must ask Mark what cleaner he uses) and moreover the screen is watertight.

I don’t use the lane departure warning feature but I will check out my ADAS system over the next few weeks and possibly have it recalibrated if I feel it’s needed.

If you have an issue with your vehicle windows, then you simply can not do better than talk to Mark, who no doubt will offer a competitive price for a professional quality job.

Mark was really helpful, quick with getting back to me and the window fitted being fitted. Professional, reliable and an all round lovely man. Took the pressure off of a stressful situation, would highly recommend to anyone.

I had a leak in my windscreen and contacted Mark at Eziglass. He advised that it may be condensation rather than just taking the job but when it happened again he booked in a time and explained that he would try and remove the windscreen and check the seals . He quote two prices one for a new screen and one for a refit. He arrived did the job managed to use same windscreen and explained everything to me and took photos to show me. No mess, swift service and professional and polite.

It was so helpful that Mark was able to fix my chipped windscreen at my home address, it was one less thing to worry about. The windscreen looks great and Mark also gave me some helpful advice about my noisy windscreen wipers which was much appreciated! Thank you Mark, I highly recommend your work and will definitely be calling you in the event of another windscreen drama!

Submitted a request through the EziGlass website on Monday. I had a quick reply from Mark and was able to send images of my windscreen to see if it could be repaired. I was informed it should be repairable and was able to have the work carried out on Tuesday morning. Mark explained the process clearly and took the time to ensure the repair was successful. Would definitely recommend!

Fast, efficient good value for money - very knowledgeable and so much nicer to deal with an individual not a big company-so handy to have the windscreen re-sealed outside our house - highly recommended
