I have used this service for several years. My previous leases are saved and its easy to update them. Appreciate the fact that the document is state specific and has good information included to help create documents. Love it!

lots of bugs
The website looks super useful at first glance but after you begin to use it, it quickly becomes obvious that a lot of work is still needed in order for this website to be a helpful tool instead of something that makes your life even harder.
I will say their customer support is awesome but it doesn't help for them to tell you sorry all the time.

Love the convenience of having all the states available and the knowledge that in on the site. It is almost a 1 stop management system for landlords. I think it just need a payment system and service contractors part of the network and that would be amazing.

Ease of use of app and offers landlords with only a few properties and limited turnover the flexibility to have access to up-to-date legally compliant lease agreements for their tenants. Gives the landlord more confidence that they have met their legal requirements for their respective state.
