I dealt with staff in both Mahon Point and Pouladuff re dining chairs. They were super to deal with and went above and beyond to help me. Even though my closest store is Little Island I would have no hesitation to travelling to either of these two stores over Little Island due to more approachable/welcoming staff and better customer service.

Mattress purchase
I called into Pouladuff store at lunchtime to purchase a mattress. I had an idea of the one i wanted to get. I spoke with Leo and he confirmed my decision too. He was both helpful and pleasant to deal with. I would definitely deal with him again.

We had a fantastic experience with EZ Living Furniture. The store layout is great, making it really easy to browse and see everything properly, and the staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and welcoming.
A special mention to Eugene, who was absolutely brilliant and made the whole experience so easy and enjoyable. We bought our sofas and were really impressed with the entire process, from choosing them right through to the purchase.
Excellent customer service and a lovely shopping experience, we would definitely recommend EZ Living Furniture!

Exceptional Customer Service from Keith O'Riordan ⭐
What fantastic customer service we received from Keith O'Riordan at the Pouladuff Rd shop! He went above and beyond to help us find the right products for our new build. He was incredibly helpful and just a genuinely lovely person to deal with.

Couldn’t be better!
We discovered the EZ Living stores at Pouladuff Road in Cork in 2025 when we were looking to update the primary bedroom at our holiday home in West Cork. Everything went very well with the purchase and delivery of the new bed and mattress. So this year, it was back to EZ Living. First we searched for a new chair for our sitting room. Fergus patiently showed us the many options at the store, until we decided on an Alexio Swivel Recliner Chair in a lovely Frost Leather. We also found a floor sample full length mirror which we were able to take in our car that day. Delivery date for the new chair was set up for the following week. A day or two later, we decided to get a new mattress for the bed in our guest room. Back to EZ Living, this time to look at mattresses. Leo from the sales team was very knowledgeable about the various mattresses, and with his help, we chose an Emily Roll Up Mattress. Leo was able to add this to the existing delivery order. So, four days later, we were delighted to be first on the delivery schedule: the truck rolled up nice and early, the two delivery men unloaded the chair and mattress, unwrapped them both and took the wrappings with them. We could not ask for an easier sales and delivery experience. Five stars to Fergus, Leo and the Pouladuff Road EZ Living Furniture Store. We’ll be back!
