Wanted to cancel my order a few minutes after I placed it and of course the reply came long after the order was shipped, and the reply was nonsense.

Very bad customer service
Very bad customer service, real scammers.
I ordered by mistake on their site, which is far too expensive.
Impossible to get an order cancellation before my product is sent. And then I had to wait for the item to be returned to get a refund, which I still haven't had.
I wish I never had to deal with them!
