Ezy-Clean Windows Reviews 

I had 3 window cleans. On 2 of these "cleans" they broke air vents on windows. No note left to tell me or phone call or email. I had to contact them. There is no way they didn't realize this had happened at the time of the "cleans". Then proceeded to ask me to pay for my last clean before they fixed them!! Nothing short of blackmail. I obviously said I would pay them once vents were fixed.
They arrived to fix the vents, didn't knock to let me know they were here, no pleasantries to apologize before they left, nothing. Came fixed it and left.
I'm sorry but I don't appreciate effectively paying someone to damage my property and then have attempted blackmail and complete rudeness when it's being fixed.
Do yourself a favor and hire the chuckle Brothers instead, they'd do a better job!!!!

We had been using them since 2019 with no problems. Window cleaner stopped coming with no explanation and found out they now won’t access our property the way they have been doing all this time. Disappointed with the complete lack of communication.

Sadly they are a good price range but the quality of work is poor. After a window clean there are still cobwebs left on the windows and dirt on the windowsills, there is no attention to detail and they are so quick it’s no wonder it’s not a great clean.

Swift response to my original enquiry. Efficient service completed to the highest standard.

Exceptionally efficient service. A text arrives the day before the windows are to be cleaned and they are always punctual.
No complaints to date .

Very efficient and carried cleaning water to rear of house which meant that I did not need to move vehicles in garage. An excellent cleaning job and a courteous man.

They were very polite and friendly. The windows frames and sills were very clean. I glad they came.

Our window cleaner comes every 4 weeks. He is very reliable and efficient. He never misses any windows and is very careful when cleaning our leaded light windows. He also cleans all doors. Cannot fault him.

Our new window cleaner (Keith) did a brilliant job, every window is spotless! The day he came was our bin day and he even got the empty bins in for us :) and left us our first Christmas card of the year.
