The service at f64 is the worst service ever. I send a defective Zoom R4. They did not respect the dead line of 15 day. After 15 day I contacted them and they said that the product is in Poland (they are from Bucharest Romania) to be fix. After almost a month they said it can not be fix and they will replace it. After a month and a week they said that I will get my money back but I'll have to wait 15 days. So no money, no product and no respect for the customer.

its one of the best or if not the best sitest and specialist in Romania when you talking about photo video editing ,studio and anything about it and around..
Amaizing B2B costumer service and it's they're dedication to the costumer remarkable and i only recommend !!!
The repair shop is very good and professionally run and if i hade an isue what ever i was always helpd out and get done .
More than 15 year's i work with them and they offered only good qualtity service and profesionalism.
Whit them im going to continue to work as long as im working in this industry!!!!

Worst shop
We've rented out 3x Sony A7 III which came without chargers, and with depleted and dying batteries. They've recomended we buy chargers from their site, and provided incomaptible devices, which they didn't accept for return. AVOID!

1 star ia too much for a scam tentative ! They are scammers !
Today(17.06.2025), at 9.07 I tried to buy a battery Sony , NP-FV100A2,ordered from the site, but they tried to give me instead a battery Sony FV100A, which is an old model,from very old stocks ! When I told them that I want what I ordered,based on their site, they told me that is all they have, despite what was written on their own site ....and gave my money back ! But.....if I didn't checked very well what is in the pack? Why can't be a shop in which we(as customers) can trust ? Why all this kind of so called shops try to scam their clients? So they want to grow ? On lies and cheating the clients? Very,very disappointed ! Don't trust them ! I assume when I say that is a scam and I will make a complain against this kind of attitude, because it's a price difference between that 2 batteries ! And F64 shop has hughes prices, compared with other sites ! Why to buy from a scam shop ith 30-40 (at least)euro+, when I can buy from another trusted shop?

If I could give 0 I would. Worst ever experience of online ordering. A dropshipping site cares more about your complaints than them. I tried to order 3 times, out of those 3 times I had to cancel it 2 times. They dont update the site, full of misinformation about stoc and delovery time. Wanted to order a flash that was "in stoc" but they didnt even prepare it for the shipping one week after the promised arrival date. I refounded it and bought the same product from another country, and it arrived in 2 days and was also cheaper....
Same scenario this week. Worst company ever, even Temu and other Chinese sites care more about their customers

Stay away. Tried to return/replace a faulty Nikon z8 (sensor delamination) within 14 days and they wanted to send it to the service. I had to complain to ANPC to get their a""es fined.

Great and fast service, good products, very friendly staff.

2 stars because the staff is nice, but the platform itself is full of bugs and missinformation.

The biggest issue was with their platform:
- loads extremely slow/incomplete at times(poorly optimized); their argument was that it was in the BF period; no...it is like that almost always otherwise it would just load slowly, but at times it loads incomplete and needs a refresh/cache clear/using another browser
- bugs with the website, checkout and payment service for cards
- placed an order and somehow(from cache I suppose) the order wasn't exactly what I ordered, but a previous instance of my cart where a product was different(had to cancel and redo the order)
- canceled the order and waited for the money to find out that they proccesed that, but I didn't get the money because the checkout/payment service charged me a second time for the same order after an hour of the placement and payment; now i have to wait and check with support of 2 different platforms to get those money back, hopefully this year...
- tracking of the order is bugged too because in their website shows it was shipped, but checking with the courier it hasn't even left the main hub(first depo where it gets after it was taken from them); on the courier website it is shown ok, so again...a bug in their platform/settings/api and so on.

At this moment, it feels like one of those cheap knock-off websites that appear in 30 minutes and do dropshipping. From those you don't have expectations at least and you never order something pricy/important.

Overall, I wouldn't recommend ordering from them unless you pay at arrival+don't need it urgently / buy it from their shop if you're from Bucharest.

disappointing
I place an order for a Rig, it said that it will be delivered in two working days. I ordered it because I needed it urgently.
After 5 days, when I check the status of the order, it says that it will be delivered after another 7 days.

I have a product in service for more than 5 weeks and dispite my messages and calls I did not receive any feedback.

There was an issue with the payment for a product I was trying to purchase for black friday.

After the sale finished and the product was out of stock, they were kind enough to help me and get the product from a supplier and still offer it at the black friday price. In my opinion they went above and beyond to find a solution for me and I appreciate that.

They could've just said that the product is no longer available or some burocratic stuff, but they did what they could and found a solution.

This review refers to the F64 Academy from which Blake Rudis sells courses on photoshop. I bought his courses on 6 October 2023 following a Facebook advert. There wasn't a word in the ad or on the website it took me to to tell me that these courses were three years old. Three years in photoshop is a huge gap, rendering the courses effectively useless for anyone wanting to apply them today. Rank dishonesty on the part of Rudis.

I bought a lens from them which was missing the lens hood. Not only do they answer emails slowly, but they would not order a replacement hood, they merely asked me to send the whole thing back. They don't seem to care. The lens was 800 Euros. Do not take the risk buying from them, shop elsewhere.

I really like your online store, my camera was delivered the next day, without paying for next day delivery.
