I ordered a couple of golf towels from this company. They emailed a proof of the stitching so that I knew they would look good. They arrived within the time frame that I was originally given. The colour I chose is very vibrant (orange with black stitching). I have ordered from this company previously and I will do so again. Needless to say I am happy to recommend them.

Very little communication about order, no shopping updates, had to email myself to check where my order was, which wasn't good

orderd but never got a conformation that i orderd it still have no idea when it will arive .

Package still not arrived after 3 weeks of ordering. Especially when I payed the extra fee for it to come faster. I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS BUSINESS!

I tried to cancel my order of a pillow one day after ordering. I had slow replies from staff in trying to do so ( they only started replying slowly when I asked for a refund, as I previously asked for their delivery information, which they replied to on the same day). I then got a reply asking for my order number, and the next day another question. By the tike I got a proper response they then said my order had been printed already, yet if they replied on the day I asked this wouldn’t have been the case. The pillow has now arrived and the stitching is poor in places too so I do not want this item. I will not be ordering from here again due to this.

The golf towels are fab, super easy to personalise, delivered efficiently, look great and value for money

Printing of first cushion was placed along seam line which made the text only partially readable.

This was rectified quickly and efficiently with a replacement sent.

Do not buy this product, when it arrived it had been severely misproportioned and cut off half the face. It’s clearly a hastily made product and from the feel of it, not high quality either. For the price you’re paying, you’d hope there’d atleast be some quality control. Terrible company

I ordered 20 of the 'Personalised Eye Mask, with Image & Text, Fleece Lined & Blackout' for a client's corporate event. Unfortunately the quality was so poor that I am not sure I will be able to use them. It looks like a rush job, the design has been made larger than the original design so the text and image folds into the seams and some of the letters are cut off by stitching. The finish of the stitching looks home made and rushed, and rather than the stitching following the rounded shape of an eye mask, certain sides have been sewn straight and square making the mask lopsided and not symmetrical and rounded as one expects an eye mask to be.
It has been a waste of money.

Order 2636. 4 personalised golf towels.
The towels were not expensive, but i felt that the product was of poor quality, with what appears to be an almost waterproof front surface, which is odd for a towel, and a flimsy netted back cloth. Not really fit for the purpose of a golf towel. I couldn't return them because they had been personalised. They won't be used, and I won't be placing any more orders. A shame.
