During leaving the apartment we have been charged 12k as a fine, though nothing was damaged, inspector just clicked some photos that are not even dirty. The appartement was old and during winter cold breeze snaked through the window. They have been informed but no actions taken.
Customer service and Generator both doesn't have any explanation about the fine. One ask another to call for the explanation. Ultimately I had to pay the fine.
Worst experience.
I've been staying in Kongens Karré in Odense, and had a very pleasant experience dealing with FAB. They were always helpfu in case of emergencies and i really felt that they're diing their best to help you as a tenant.
The move in and out was done very prodesionally and without much hassle. They were very fair with the things that had to be repaired and because i tool care of the apartment, i got most of my deposit back.

I live in one of Fab's buildings. They have not bothered to put proper parking lines in the parking and then have employed a company to charge heavy fines for cars not properly parked in the so called clear parking spaces. They have also not informed the residents of the proper parking procedures.
Shame on you FAB for treating your customers like that when you have no even bothered to put proper distinctive parking lines in the parking.
