Generally I like their clothes, but there is so much equlally good competitors so I will skip Fabienne Chapot next time. You dont charge for the return if you want to keep your customers loyal. Im out!

Don’t order from UK
Please think twice about ordering from the UK. I did and it cost me £139 in duty. Needless to say, none of the three items fit properly and I need to return them. Nothing wrong with the quality tho just the fit. I am waiting for them to approve the return and to tell me how to return it. I obviously made a costly error here ordering from UK even tho I do find it interesting that some companies in the Netherlands manage to send packages all inclusive. I am hoping the refund process will be swift.

I love the wink FC gives to joy, daring to stand out and be happy. They add this wink in the little details of their collections. And they opened their Reloved store, and are B-corp.
