Stock quantities not accurate
Placed order on a sunday, emailed the following Thursday to chase to be told they would ship that day. Then received another email saying that what I had ordered wasn’t in stock so asked to swap for same product by the metre instead of in a pack. Upon arrival realised that half of the fusible interfacing I was expecting was sew-in. Sent another email to enquire about this and was told that if I was unhappy I could send it back but due to my schedule I don’t have time. Sent another email to express my frustration that this wasn’t checked, to enquire about another product’s availability and that their 8% off code was not working for me, never received a response. Ordered my next batch on another website, same stock problem but customer service has been 10x better.
