I ordered a dress on the 7th feB.after i sent emails to customer care and still not hearing nothing back.i finally received it yesterday 27th February.I'm absolutely shocked by the state of it.it has pulls all over it and the seems are coming away from the dress.a size small i ordered but this is massive more like a large I then got sent an email sayin i could send it recorded delivery to CHINA.witch will then leave me out of pocket more as this would cost about 30 pound.it's a joke i may as well just put it in the bin.would like my money back.i need the address to send it by recorded delivery.i will never order from u again.I originally brought the dress to wear out with my partner as we don't get out much due to looking after our autistic son...crap company poor quality nasty and cheap fabric

Shipping was incredibly slow, about a month. Very poor tracking. Slow response to queries. Size was small. Medium was supposed to be US Women's 4-6, but was actually smaller. Seemed like too much trouble to try to return, so ended up giving it away. Seemed to be OK quality, and good selection, but won't buy from again.

OMG you can not find things Cuter or for a better price. I hope that you all come take a look at this site. I found a ton of thing for my trip to Costa Rica...

I've bought quite a lot online over the years and I can honestly say that Fabshopper is the worst company I've ever bought from. Customer service was abysmal. I didn't receive my item and they were very unhelpful, continually using delaying tactics with their repetitive emails. I've only just received a refund 10 and a half weeks after ordering, and only because I got my bank involved because Fabshopper had stopped responding to my emails requesting a refund. I would definitely not recommend purchasing anything from this company.

Just read a review on the 11th July. I had the same experience. I was given a tracking number and the final entry of "It's estimated it has been delivered" was dated 6th December even though it appeared about a month later! Fabshopper tried to pass this off as evidence it had been delivered. There's something very dodgy about this company.

I received no tracking number, emailed them no help and never received my items !

Great experience

After several successful orders with Fabshopper, I feel I can really recommend this website. Items are exactly per description and the imagery, no complaints there (this is for both jewelry and clothing purchases). Customer service is also very helpful, I had a problem with the order one time, and they helped me out fairly quickly. Shipping is about as expected (I don't personally have high expectations here, living in Bosnia most things take some time to arrive).

It was confusing so I wasn't sure when my delivery will get to me

Just got my parcel very happy with everything i got.

Prices are super cheap will buy again.

Easy great prices can't wait to get items

Just ordered a bathing suit earlier today (10/01/2016), and now just am awaiting my tracking number. Hopefully my order don't take too terribly long to get to me in the mail. Seen a lot of bad reviews, and a lot of good ones too. So hopefully I'll be satisfied. I know that in some places, when ordering clothing, you have to take into consideration that their sizes might not be the same sizes as other places sizes. So I carefully reviewed the size chart for this specific item. I noticed when reviewing different bathing suits, the size charts weren't all the same. These size charts are so confusing lol. So I'm really hoping that if and when I get my order in the mail, that it's a perfect fit. It would be shame if it isn't. But I won't look at it as a loss, instead, I'll take it as a lesson learned. Anyway, Fabshopper has a lot of great prices. Almost seems like it'd be too good to be true. And I really don't know if that's the case or not, but only time (but not too much time) will tell. I will be updating my review, and I'll let you know how things go. So stay tuned kiddies, and be safe.

My first time ordering from Fabshopper

I placed my order on 8/21/16 and received it 09/04/16. The shoes that I ordered were on sale. Reg. 44.00. Sale. 20.00. And shipping only cost 4.99. The shoes we're wrapped properly. Both covered in a sturdy cotton bag and also covered with the paper sheets that usually come with shoes. The shoes are of good quality. True to size. I can walk in them but as I walk my toes slide forward a little. (The shoes lace competely in the front. No zipper included) . But I love the shoes and will order from fabshopper again.

Please this is an advice to anyone who plans to purchase from the website. After taking forever to process and ship order, something which I want to believe was a mistake was sent to me from them. I wish I could post picture on here of what I received compared to what was put up on their website. It was nothing similar, in terms of design, material or even size. Could pass for a sleep wear. One more observation, why does their website end with .co.uk and shipping comes from China and they even told me sizes were made using China statistics.
Dear public please bear in mind they wouldn't give you tracking details so you can't even monitor the progress of your order.

As a shorter than average bloke I am very impressed to see Fabshopper stocking sizes in xs and even xxs. Hopefully this will become the norm in all high street stores as in most stores it is difficult to find small sizes. Well do
