Our business had the misfortune of using this agency and booked a male face model, Robert Davies who on this first occasion never turned up at the appointed time.
We understand that we may have made first contact via FB possibly being his page that looked like Face Agency official page?
Then we had a call direct from the model asking if he could arrange directly with us so he would be paid more. To date the agency has no been in touch to rectify this booking/appointment and neither has the model.

And money was paid to us straight into the bank for my daughter within time frame they said.

I had a poor experience with face
I had a poor experience with face. They seem to have too many clients and wages weren’t paid for any jobs I did with them until prompted months later. I also was made to pay hundreds for a modelling portfolio shoot but not allowed to pick my own images. Well intentioned staff but fundamental floors with the larger company.
