Wont buy from again.

I ordered some boxers on the 5th February and paid £6.99 for delivery estimated 7 to 9 days. So they should have been in time for Valentines day.
Unfortunately, they weren't even shipped until the 18th February and I received them on the 22nd February.
Our correspondence was drawn out and patronising. I was offered £2 as compensation. I declined as its not about getting money back. I expected the service I was offered and didn't get it.
The only reason it's not a 1 star is when they did finally arrive my husband loved them.
If you order from this company be sure to leave lots of time to receive your order.

Excellent customer service

I had a problem with my fridge magnet, but after emailing customer service, I got a very prompt reply from Panpan and my issue was resolved. Excellent customer service

Absolutely disgusted

Absolutely disgusted the communication was diabolical. My item turned up today and let’s just say do not bother ordering the customise pillows where they are in the shape of a figure with your face on it. I paid £35 for this item and it’s not even worth a £10 Absolutely disgusted and will never ever use these people again steer clear and a waste of money

Buyer beware

So I ordered my product Feb 2. 2 products with extra paid for faster shipping. Fast forward Feb 15 sent an email or chatted and was said they would send out shortly. Nothing Then talked to them Feb 17 said that there was some material issues. Didn't hear back. So sent a chat and won't send me the one product I can have. Won't cancel the other product without a 30% restocking fee

Not great but not terrible

I received the order within the estimated delivery time and the product was exactly what I had asked for. However, the packaging wasn’t that good and the gift box thingy was a little damaged when it arrived. The product comes from China so I would suggest ordering well in advance. After I received my package their customer support started to spam me with random messages stating that my order was suspended etc. Wouldn’t order again but it was an ok first time experience.

If I could give less than 1 star I would!
Package stated delived in the am which it hadn't so I got on to customer services to be told look around your property as if I was lieing!
Gross company anyone know a better company to go to as I order regularly?

Avoid at all cost

I ordered shirt boxers and socks on the Sunday 6th June and added dhl delivery 3 5 working days bit gutted I missed the weekend of that week but heyho at the moment I still haven't received package but worse part is the package has went from China to Germany to GLASGOW SCOTLAND were I live to Renfrew now in England

I wish I had read the reviews before…

I wish I had read the reviews before placing a order with this company, absolutely awful. I placed a order on the 28th January expecting to arrive within 8-10 days as stated on the website so i thought plenty of time to arrive for a present for my husband on valentine's day. It finally arrived on the 13th March. Don't be fooled by the co.uk it's not in England. The boxer shorts were thin and my face was blurry on them, I paid nearly £30 for this rubbish. I'm just angry that they arrived, I wish they hadn't so I could claim back my money and complain through PayPal. Avoid.

Extremely late and no communication

I ordered a product from this website almost a month ago. Though they did give a disclaimer that due to COVID and it being a busy time due to Valentine's Day there may be delays, there was absolutely no communication as to how long it would actually take to arrive. I was expecting a few days after the 8-10working day deadline - however it took almost 4 weeks to arrive. I sent them multiple messages on their website with no response. I then resorted to emailing them on the address given which they finally responded to. When the product did eventually arrive, it was good quality. However, considering I'm paying upwards of £25 for it- I'd hope for it to arrive within the stated delivery times. Especially as it was a present intended for Valentine's Day.

Doesn’t even deserve 1 star!!!

Ordered on 28/01, still awaiting my order!!! Paid £5.99 for postage, said it would be 8-10 days delivery. Very poor customer service, looks like a UK company but it’s not!!! Don’t waste your money. The company should be shut down.

Please stay away from this company or simply don’t give them your money.

Despite of having a UK website it is chinese based company. So my experience with them was horrendous from start to finish.
First it took 21 days to get my item, which makes sense when they ship from China but they advertise it as if they are in the UK so that came late. But that’s not the worst part, the worst bit is that when my item - boxers finally arrived there was someone else’s name on my boyfriend boxers. 🤦🏼‍♀️ 👍 when I wrote to them explaining the situation saying you got an absolutely wrong order delivered to me, that’s not my name and not what I asked for. I got (“surprise surprise”) NO reply from them! Not surprised at all by that, but absolutely disgusted with this shop.

All people out there do not give them your money!

Very disappointed customer

Very disappointed with there services! I’ve ordered my peace on 01/02 and I was promoted via there website it will be a Valentines day present. There estimated delivery time says 8-10 working days. I’ve received the item on 16/02, so I was supposed to spent more money on another present for the 14th. When I contacted them, they only said “sorry” and they are happy that I received it. Gift box that I paid additionally for it was completely rubbish, as well!

AVOID

I ordered on the the 02/02 I got an email on the 10/02 saying it had been shipped but I still haven't received it!! £25.00 for the item and £5.99 for the postage for it to still not be here over 2 weeks after ordering. Its a joke!! And it says UK so surely it should be here by now??

If I could give less than 1 star I would. I don’t believe this company to be legit... they advertise themselves as FaceBoxerUK but they are in Hong Kong!!!!!!!!!
I ordered on the 2nd Feb hoping they would arrive in time for Valentine’s Day and I am still waiting... they sent me an email to they have shipped my order and that it would take 8-10 days to get here.... since then they have ignored every email I have sent. I requested a refund or at least a refund for delivery! But like I say I haven’t heard anything from them.... I think they are a bogus company... a little factory somewhere in Hong Kong taking peoples money claiming to be a UK company. Avoid at all costs.
If I do not get a response from them or any satisfactory customer service I will take this to trading standards and open up a dispute with my bank and try to claim the money back.

Absolutely horrendous

Absolutely horrendous. I'm another one who ordered at the end of Jan and almost 3 weeks later I've had nothing. On top of the £5.99 postage I paid the £2.99 for priority production and shipping, obviously hasn't happened. I'm livid, it was a gift and is late. I have managed to get a reply from customer services but was a generic apology. When tracking the item it seems to have only just left China. Shocking service.
