When we visited the Facile Ristrutturare Via Aristide Rome branch in July 2022 and discussed the estimate given to us, we were given a very friendly service by the architect and the woman in charge of the branch. Seeing the very finished work they completed gave us confidence in Facile. We went with the architect to their main branch showroom and ordered all the raw materials we needed under his supervision. Accordingly, we paid all the necessary money. We paid half of the original estimate given to us as per the agreement. Accordingly, the work started in the first week of January 2023. Unfortunately, the work has not been completed yet.
The reason is that Architecture is not properly supervised. This house was handed over to start work in September 2022. Work at home was halting and progressing very slowly. Although we often informed him of its shortcomings, he rarely came to see the work. When we went to our house and were informed about some defects there, no proper action was taken. No one was appointed to oversee the work. He was not even aware of it until we informed him of the defects in the whole house after laying the tiles. Now, the untidy nature of the tiles on the floor and the uneven nature of the tiles are causing great concern to us. It looks messy at first glance. The same goes for the bathroom. The bathroom suite we ordered was also wrong. So far they have not been fixed either. (We took pictures of all the ingredients we ordered so we could easily identify them.)
Their estimate told us to remove all the tiles and install new tiles because the Terrazzo was leaking onto the roof of the house. But outside of the agreement, they held the tile on top of the existing tile. The water flow channel in the entire slab is also not enlarged. He does not know about that until we inform him.
After 8 months, they have been wasted by avoiding day after day citing various reasons. We informed the Architecture in charge of the Via Aristide location that he initially contacted on 08/04/2023 where he was unable to tolerate and contacted him and went to meet him. The architect was completely silent and waiting without anything to say and instead the woman in charge of the place offered to talk to us. Without any study about our house from the beginning, she did not allow us to speak a single word and started talking to us in a very rude and impulsive manner. At that time, we were deeply embarrassed and ashamed. At that time, we were more saddened to choose this institution. It was an unbelievably uncomfortable experience for her to call us like that at the service station we paid a lot of money to construct.
She kept yelling that they were right in the first place and all the tiles were out of balance due to the imbalance in our house. As we say, it is impossible to lay tiles 100% correctly. To explain it she picked up the tiles and put them around in a performance that we can't wait for. We watched with great sadness as she tried to show the incompetence of their institution. Funny thing is that she says it's normal for the tiles to get messy and that 100% of the tiles can't be touched correctly. It is the same in her house. She shouted that all the defects they have done in our house are the same in her house.
She continued to shout that because we are not Italians we do not understand what she is saying and that talking to us is a waste of their time.
It is very clear to us that he took advantage of the patience and kindness that we have shown with them so far and that he was so impulsive to cover up their mistakes.
This company was not punctual with us in the beginning.
No one came forward to find out what was wrong.
The answer is to tell jokes and be impulsive to cover them up.
After that, those who called to review the standards within a month of handing over the work did not pay attention.
They say that the house is out of balance. But contractors say there were some imbalances in the tiles.
During the restoration period we will have to pay father debts, bills, electricity, water, gas, condominium and bank loan, and other personal debts for these 11 months.
Who takes responsibility? Who pays my debts with this late job.

FACILE RISTRUTTURARE should take responsibility for this delayed management of the work.

We are very embarrassed because no action has been taken regarding the mistakes made in this house till (20/10/2023). I request you to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

My husband and I are currently renovating a house near Rome with Facile Ristrutturare, and it has been an absolute nightmare. My husband signed the contract back in November of 2022, and after 8 months they have only worked a total of apx. 30 days at the property, with constant, incessant excuses about having too many projects, not enough workers, or family emergencies. There are less than two months left on the contract and they still need to put up all of the walls, finish the electricity and plumbing, install an entire bathroom, install all of the heating, and clean up the trash and debris that is everywhere, and because they have not paid their contractors, no one is showing up at the house to work. There have been numerous instances of poor design and execution such as incorrect measurements and installations for the bathroom faucets, electrical outlets, water heater, etc. which we we're then required to pay additional fees to fix, and which have still not been completed. There have been two separate occasions now where they have failed to pay the contractors that are doing the work, which caused huge delays as no workers showed up for weeks. We had real stone installed on the floor and not even one day after it was installed, they spilled oil from their food on the floor and stained it, denied that it was them, and have still not fixed the tiles. Every single issue they have caused takes weeks if not months to resolve, and only after we have called and called and emailed and called some more. We are close to losing our minds trying to get this company to actually do what we have paid them (in full) to do. Everything about how they operate is terrible, stressful, unorganized, and corrupt. I do not recommend them to anyone.

I did full renovation of my apartment in Italy with the support of Facile Ristrutturare La spezia site. They offered really good service and their availability was superb. All coatings, furnitures and workers were selected by them and proposed to me before starting. The workers were duly followed by the assigned technician (always ready to support us and to fix problems) and all the project was supported by her from the layout till the delivery passing trough budget control. The time frame reported into the contract was a bit stretched (approx 2 months delay also due to some modification) but the result is really nice.
I'm 100% satisfied with the offered service. I will recommend facile ristrutturare !!

Ci siamo affidati a loro per impossibilità a stare dietro a tutto, siamo partiti alla massima velocità ma improvvisamente hanno iniziato ad esserci dei rallentamenti. Il materiale è arrivato in ritardo rispetto alla data di consegna data dal fornitore. Una ristrutturazione di 40 GG. si è trasformata in una tragedia di 4 mesi. Nonostante tutto siamo riusciti ad ottenere tutto quello che avevamo progettato all'inizio, il risultato finale è stato proprio quello che ci aspettavamo anzi abbiamo messo dentro anche dei lavori non preventivati.
