I was pleasantly surprised by the speed of delivery. I order after 12.30 and didn't expect it to be desparched that day but it was and it also arrived two days after ordering.
The Home Plugs worked as they should.

Goods arrived quickly and are as described. Excellent prices, cheapest I could find.

I rang first as I had no idea which home plugs to buy. Store was very helpful. Ordered on-line and the plugs arrived in the stated timescale. This product works perfectly and is just what I needed.

I received the items within the specified time. Packaging is OK (Jiffy Bag) could be better e.g. box with bubble wrap inserts. This is because one of the product boxes I purchased was damaged in a corner quite bad, probably by the courier. Fortunately the product was in an egg box inner so the product wasn't damaged (hence why 5 stars instead of 4 stars) however company should look at better method of packaging or better quality of courier.

I have used the Solwise 500mbps Pass through Homeplug NET-PL-500AV-PIGGY adapters and they have been great to add fixed wired internet when Wifi is slow due to multiple users. Have rigged one to my Sky HD Box which has now given me access to on demand without using Wifi. These adapters were highly rated on Amazon but cheaper here, found the company in the sponsored links on Amazon.

I originally chose faculty x because they were the cheapest for what I was after. However when I realised I'd asked for my order to be sent to my old house on the other side of the country (!) they were really helpful. I emailed them about half an hour before the parcel was due for delivery and they emailed back within 10 minutes saying they had sorted it and it would be delivered the next day to the right address!

For the purchase of a PL-200AV-PIGPEW-KIT. These powerlines do the job, but run rather warmer than I would wish. No reflection on Faculty-X, but on Solwise.

The order was taken and quickly despatched. Excellent service.

Excellent service from initial email contact to ask for advice through to delivery of product and being kept updated throughout.

I have used Faculty-x a number of times, previously for the 85 Mbps power lines a number of years ago, (over 5 years of almost continuous use). I have now upgraded to the Solwise 500 Mbps home plugs as I have had BT Infinity for a while now, but wasn't getting the best speeds. I have now gone from 13 Mbps download speeds to 40+ Mbps download speeds. All in all good service and good product, hopefully 5 more years of use!!

I ordered some homeplugs which were delivered very quickly.
Unfortunately one of them went wrong within 2 days. I sent an email explaining the situation. They apologised and sent out a replacement and a prepaid bag to return the faulty item in, within 2 days of me telling them.

This was my first time ordering from Faculty-X and I am always a little wary of sellers I haven't ordered from previously (I buy a lot from Amazon, Ebuyer and DABS) but I am pleased to report a first class experience. The price was the most competitive and delivery was on a par, if not better, than my usual suppliers. I will definitely check them out next time I am buying.
