-0 stars! Ordered in Feb 2023 and to this day, no products have arrived,
tried customer service number and email, no response. POS mother fuc king scammers. I hope they get caught.

I had no choice but to give them one star, we have the option not to give them not even one!
Earlier this year (February 2023). I ordered the 2.0 and some shaving machine. It's September 6,2023 and I still haven't received my order and they aren't responding to my emails! It's a Scam!..

Scam order trimmer and extras back in February to this date nothing was telling me they where out of stock asked for my money back at least 6 times now no more emails

I would give 0 stars if I could. Made my purchase back in February of 2023 and now in August and still no package. Sent countless emails and I haven’t received any response. They are a bunch of crooks and thieves took my my money with no product. This is a scam. They are frauds save your money do not purchase from them.

Total scam! Terrible experience and awful customer service. I was genuinely looking forward to using this product but what a bummer! Was given a confirmation of purchase and it said that it was being processed and that I would receive the shipping info asap. Weeks went by and I emailed customer service on their website many many times. After literally 20 emails, They finally responded, one time, and told me that they were out of stock and that I would receive a shipping receipt when they were back in stock. I trusted them but wrote at least 10 more emails and tried to use the chat feature on their site, which doesn’t even work, trying to cancel it. I never heard back from them and by the time I tried to cancel the purchase on my card, it was over the 60 day limit, so I ended up being sol and out $70. Card company was unable to refund the $ cos they need a shipping confirmation. Seems like this was the plan all along and that I am not the only one! Save your $ and get yourself a set of Wahl clippers for 1/2 the price, then watch YT videos on how to cut hair on your own.

I’d give 0 stars if I could. Ordered over three months ago. Received confirmation of order and a shipping number. Shipping number doesn’t work. Tried emailing several times with NO Response. Don’t waste your time or money. Total scam!

Ordered my product back in March 2023 and haven't received my product they don't answer my emails.
SCAM!!

Too bad I can’t give it 0 ⭐️… I ordered back in February 2023 and it’s late July and still no shipping or products. I can’t get in touch with customer service, they don’t have a legit number to contact and they don’t respond to my emails. At this point I don’t think I’ll ever see a refund nor product.

Placed an order in Feb 2023 and still have NOT received my items. Spent $120 and have asked for a refund multiple times. Now they stopped responded to my emails. Complete SCAM. Stay away!!!!

I order my same March 2023 still don't received the items. 117.00 dollar. I sent everyday and email still not respond.

Ordered the clippers in January 2023, product never came. Impossible to get a refund, because they stop responding to my emails.

Product never arrived. Refunds were also not an option as they keep going forever until there was no response from their customer support team.

DEFINITELY SCAMMERS. I should have known better when they didn't provide a tracking number.

As I said before, I only received the VGR V-390.
I have emailed you 3 times. 3/27/23, 03/31/23 and 4/6/23. I have tried sending a chat live on 4/3/23 and 04/06/2023. Again I will give you one more chance to email me back or I will contact BBB and blast Yelp, Google and Facetime about your poor customer service and website.

I ordered this product the first week of March. It’s late June and nothing. Haven’t received the product or any response to my 10 emails I’ve sent in the past month. Don’t waste you time with fading culture. Don’t lose your money.

I also bought a package from this website, they sent me just the blades, useless without the clipper..I been contacting them with no replies now. Months later they email me and told me that I only ordered the blade and I need to pay for the clipper itself. Till this day I still haven't received the clipper. Why isn't this company shut down yet!. BIG SCAMMERS. Took 50.00 for the blades I received, WHICH WAS ADVERTISED LIKE IT WAS A WHOLE PACKAGE DEAL AT THE TIME WITH SALE AND DEAL CRAP ,They also took another 39.99 for the clipper that i never received.

My wife ordered from fading culture and ended up receiving just the blades. So I ordered the clippers and an extra set of blades. It's did not show. I have been messaging them for over 3 months trying to get my money back or get them to send me what I ordered. Let's just say I have lost hope. Has anybody even received their order or have you gotten your money back?

Do not touch this company. My order has never arrived and despite umpteen emails, texts and calls ( the number never rings). I’ve not had any reply.
Avoid at all costs!!

GaaaahhhdAmmmit! I wish I'd seen the reviews before I gave my money away. Order in March '23. Never received the clippers. Requested a refund and got an email from some b***h named "Ritzy" asking if I wanted a discount on future products instead. I responded "No", and never heard back. It was only then that I did some research and realized this was a scam. Some people need to get straight up dog walked. But I think these fools are based overseas. First mistake. I won't spend any more from a business not located somewhere I can get to physically. I wish we could all link up and get to these fadify scam artists. Straight Up SCAM!!!!
