Waiting on a withdrawal of £1440 sent all the correct documents,been ignored by email and live chat might as well be none existent.

Had to get ibas involved but they are also slow.

This is now 4 weeks on and all the withdrawal of £1440 is still pending.

Although there are a lot of bad reviews this company appears to be legitimate, they are registered with the Gambling Commission - 57385 and the company is registered in the UK. The only thing is they appear to use an archaic KYC verification process which to some may appear untrustworthy, but if you send the right documents then there is no reason your account is verified and your funds deposited to your account. I received my winnings the following day after verifying my details.

I deposited £25 straight after they decided to suspend my account. Live chat doesn’t work, e-mails they never replied, poor bet company stay away if you don’t want to cry for your money as they are thieves.

Waiting on a withdrawal… some are instant some take longer than 24 hours. No constancy with this website will not be using again if this is how they treat their customers. Customer service are no help

I deposited 250 pounds straight after they decided to suspend my account saying they want verification details like a tax reference etc then tried to log in and they say details not recognised they just stole 250 pounds from me this has to be illegal I. do not deposit with this site!

They have a prompt customer support service. Emails were promptly answered. Saying that, they should be clear as in what exact documents they require. I just sent in loads.

A good customer service is important, as things can then get sorted. Which happened here.

Fafabet are OK. They're OK. Mu suggestion? Make sure you send in all documents and have everything approved before placing a single wager.

It's really odd. The bigger names have never asked me for such documents as they can verify my identity online.

I deposited money to them from 400 e won almost 1900, and when withdrawing the same problems. Verification literally every now and then something new, acccptują, then suddenly ze yet something and yet something. Avoid them only problems and scammers. money most likely lost.

Gave it a go but features disappear from the reels very quickly on all their games definitely set up to scam anyone in the UK controlled yet again by cookies to make the house edge 99/% in favour of the provider.

Im not one to write reviews. However, this company have let me deposit with no questions. I have also withdrawn a couple of times with no problems. Today I have a decent win and I go to withdraw and they are refusing to pay out. They want so much information ie bank statements, utility bill, bank card. Do you really think I am going to send that information to a company located in South Africa without a British gambling licence?

Next to none customer service, was not looking to win a fortune, but after £80 depositing, biggest win on casino slot game was £2, Maximum i bet was 40p.Avoid !

Awful. Just awful. Loaded money on to account but would not let me play as has £0.16 bonus left in account which I never asked for.
