Was at NTUC My Village 7.25pm 26 April. Forgot my mum's link card and overlooked using mine (as it gives very low link points) until after payment. Was told in the past I can claim points thereafter on the same day, of which I approached the person in charge of self check out immediately. She looked unhappy and commented, "2nd time". First time I approached her was about 2-3 months ago, however, I did not claim link points from her superior in the past, but from another superior at the later shift. Question: as part of customer service, was it necessary to make such a comment? I did not do it on purpose to give her or her superior more work. I also apologised and did make effort to bring my mum's card every time I shop. Today was an exception as I really forgot etc. Plus at My Village, it is NTUC Finest, however, the service did not appear too fine.

I had a wonderful experience at NTUC FairPrice Coronation Plaza thanks to Yok Leng.
She is extremely friendly, helpful, and patient. From the moment I approached her, she was warm, attentive, and genuinely willing to assist. What stood out most was her initiative—she didn’t just respond to my questions, she actively looked for ways to help and made the entire process seamless.
It’s clear she takes pride in her work and enjoys interacting with customers. You Leng represents NTUC FairPrice very well and creates a welcoming environment for shoppers.
A truly great customer experience—it was a joy interacting with her.
Delivery men delivered items at wrong address, but they didn't refund.
I was at home whole day and waiting for grocery. However, nothing was in front of door when I look at door right after delivery message. On the following day, another delivery was suppore to come but door bell did not ring and they went back, saying I was not at home, however I was at home at the time!
I'm sure they've delivered to a wrong Block of condo so it's not theft case but customer centre kept saying they need to invest and never came back.

Cooks food fairly well and makes it crispy without too much oil. Easy to use but the basket is a bit small. Overall decent, just not amazing

This product is so bad that it shouldn’t sell in NTUC. We trust NTUC, but is a fake scallop
"Frustrating experience with @NTUC_SG
"Frustrating experience with @NTUC_SG! On Feb 8, my grocery delivery had half the items missing. Despite reporting it immediately, I'm still waiting for a resolution. Promised delivery dates keep getting pushed back with no confirmation. Can't collect items myself, and customer service isn't helping. @NTUC_SG, is this how you treat customers? 😤 #NTUC #CustomerService #GroceryFail"

Always Out-of-Stock
Switched to NTUC online for my corporate orders for 6 months. Many times I encountered items are out-of-stock. Believe it or not, i cannot even find alternatives for my option. But if I log in using my personal account, that same item is available. NTUC really need to work on inventory allocation. I am seriously considering switching back to the usual office/pantry supplies companies.
I have been a loyal FairPrice Online…
I have been a loyal FairPrice Online customer for over two and a half years, but I am reaching my breaking point with your packaging standards. The amount of plastic used for delivery is completely excessive and irresponsible.
My orders consistently arrive in 7+ plastic bags, regardless of the order size. It is common to find a single small item isolated in its own large plastic sack. In 2026, this level of waste is baffling and unacceptable.
I want to continue shopping with you, but I cannot support this level of environmental negligence. Please review your packing SOPs immediately. We don't need a separate bag for every item
Avoid Fairprice online store for electronic products
We buy our groceries from Fairprice physical store regularly and think that this works well. However , Fairprice online store needs improvement. Current process for customer issues is very slow. I ordered an electronic item and the unit was faulty when delivered to me. I proceed to contact fairprice for exchange/refund. After many emails back and forth - collection of the unit was arranged. More than a week after collection they agree to refund me. Chasing for status is really frustrating. I am rating here - because even submitting feedback on their app does not seem to be possible. Contrast with what all the other online retailers are doing. With this experience , I would avoid ever buying such items from your online store again
standards at NUTC market have dropped
The quality at NTUC market has declined recently. The fruits and meat were not very fresh, and the prices were high for the quality provided. Very Disappointed.

NTUC services is one of the worst I seen, yesterday I went to make vouchers purchase of $1240 and I gave $1250 the staff forgot to give me change , I had to travel fr tampines back to serangoon ntuc and back to tampines again. At first the staff claim she alrd rtn my change and I request to see cctv then she quickly rtn my $10. So I told her l want see the manager , The manager and supervisor was rude and no customer service experience when I ask to cover $20 transportation, the manager replied so much money ..
lol. Such a big company and they can’t even make up loss of client time and transportation. And this is not first time the staffs made such mistake , many times . NTUC is really pathetic. Even when u make 1240 voucher nt a cent of discount. The service in ntuc is terrible worst I seen in sg. This is first time I leave this review !

Disappointing &Unreliable Online Delivery
I’m utterly disappointed with the FairPrice online delivery. My item has not arrived and it’s coming to two weeks!! Despite calls and emails to the helpdesk, the issue has not been resolved. This is sooooo frustrating. This is the LAST TIME that I’ll ever order online from them again.
NTUC @ Chinatown Point
Joyce Leong working at NTUC at Chinatown Point was very helpful in assisting me to have a refund of the purchase of blue berries. I really appreciate and would recommend her service as she had done well.

Helpful Staff
I went to NTUC Toa Payoh HDB Hub on 24 Aug 2025 afternoon to buy some groceries. I would like to express my heartfelt appreciation for your staff, Ms Hema. She provided me with excellent service during my visit. She guided me step by step on how to use my CDC vouchers, Healthy 365 vouchers and daily promotional vouchers patiently. I was able to complete my transaction smoothly and without any confusion. I am truly grateful for her assistance and hope that her efforts can be recognized.
