Great Car Rental - Heathrow
Rented a car from Fairview at Heathrow Airport in December for a Christmas trip. The rates were good, we got a free shuttle from the airport and we were sorted quickly upon arriving. The car was great and had no issues upon returning it. I have just booked another rental for the end of February!

I keep hiring with them and came to know they hv free airport shuttle service which they offer me this time and was really impressed with excellent shuttle service to the branch and then drop the vehicle in east London branch. Always recommend!

Absolutely horrible company
Absolutely horrible company.
Was not clear at all on the website that you have to be 23+ to hire a vehicle. No emails that was sent to me stated anything about being 23+ even though they sent an email about all the documents I need to bring.
After working for a hire company it is mandatory for the company to clearly state to you the requirements to hire a vehicle and they did not do this.
So I then lost my deposit as well as the hire charge as they would not refund it.
Firstly I would understand them keeping the hire charge, but there is absolutely no need to hold the deposit as the vehicle was not used and therefore was no damage. So I feel this company is not trustworthy !
Do not hire from these people in Milton Keynes. They are near enough scammers
