I have recently had new doors and windows fitted and the gentleman who carried out the work worked tirelessly to complete the work. Not only was the work completed efficiently and in the specified time all functions were explained. All in all I am very happy with the service I have received from this company and am looking forward to the other installation they are providing

New front door
I am so pleased with my new front door! And I am very impressed with fairview windows as the company who fitted it. The ordering and survey was easy and straightforward. I have been kept informed at each stage and felt that at all times staff were efficient and professional. The fitting itself was superb. Neil did a wonderful job and I cannot praise him enough for his workmanship. I made the right decision to choose Fairview!

Fantastic team and customer service all…
Fantastic team and customer service all around, from the first enquiry to the finished product. This is our second project using Fairview. Our first time was a large extension to the garden with very beautiful glass panels and doors, complemented with 3 velux windows on the roof. Stellar job at a reasonable price. Took care of every detail, including building regs. Fast forward two years, we moved house and we now needed to replace all windows and roof of the conservatory. With the previous experience, we knew who to call and they did not disappoint. Fairview again did a fantastic job and we’re delighted with the result. We highly recommend them, and will definitely use them again.

Excellent service and wonderful windows.
We had excelent service from the company from arranging a visit from the designer who provided the price right through to the fitting of the windows. We had the original leaded lights taken taken out, cleaned and encapsulated in the new windows. They look wonderful even though they are almost 90 years old. The fitters struggled a bit with the 90 year old bay window but it looks great. We were given dates for every part of the work and these were all met. We had email or text messages to remind us the day before things happened. Could not have asked for more.

A track record in poor workmanship indeed
This company has a track record in poor installation for us. However, this review relates to our conservatory, done in 2022. The initial install was shoddy. Joints wonky, windows all left shockingly dirty and it required a fair bit of work to get it 'ok'. Since then, it has already had several window pains fail and there are two more now blown. ALSO, the big windows make the most horrendous cracking sound. It seems they move in the frame quite a lot. The effect is that all the glue can be seen. Odd that the kitchen window thats also large does not do this. Some trim on the outside has come away and bugs have gotten in. Its stuck down in fact with double sided stick tape. The roof is even worse. The crown tile is bleeding what looks like mastic wherr clearly, its not been fitted well and at the end, there are no covers so I've no idea what might get in there. My friend has just had one built by them and had to dig in to get work completed to satisfaction. I've asked for a call back from one of the directors so I can show images and air my concerns, but I've not heard back.
In previous work, my soffits were smashed when the guys working off ladders smacked the window into them and at the back door, the brickwork was cracked when they jemmied out the old door frame. Photos avb on request for Fairview. I would like to report back that they have fixed everything.

The quality of the windows fitted is high, we had the window delivered with a wrong coloured window handle, this was no problem to swap and the installers took all the debris with them, good job done!
