The Service department has changed in the past few years and might be the worst experience I've ever dealt with. Multiple visits to deal with the same issue. They damaged my car in the process, and then claim I brought it in that way. It's obvious that they are at fault but they don't care. They lied and said they only updated software. But the invoice lists physical parts they changed right were the damage occurred. Absolute idiots.

In a separate visit I had to wait for a part to be shipped. Instead of calling me to let me know when it arrived, they mailed a letter. Nothing like waiting for service to be completed, only to have them find ways to delay things further. Again, absolute idiots.

Fairway Ford is simply the best! The team there is always friendly and helpful, making us feel valued as customers. They really take the time to understand our needs and find the perfect vehicle for us.

I negotiated a great deal over email with the manager John Sacco at 2pm for a specific truck that he said he had in stock. I scheduled an appointment to come in later that evening. After arriving and walking the lot with his salesman to find the truck it became obvious that no such truck existed. John lied to me to get me to drive into his lot to try to sell me something else. SuperSwitchSacco is the bait and switch king! Don't bother with him or Tiny UNFAIRway Ford unless you want to waste your time or be pressured into something you don't want from a tiny dealership lot.
