I lost one of my jobs. I was paying nearly £700 a month and The amazing Bobby suddenly reduced my payments to £90 a month. At first, I was "this must be wrong, what's the catch? " but Bobby patiently explained how the process worked and that they do the negotiations with the creditors. Instantly I felt a huge sense of relief. Everything is done via email and phone, you're constantly kept in the loop and I can't stress how brilliant Bobby has been. So once all the paperwork and expenses were lined up, I was passed over to Hannah who again, was absolutely brilliant, clearly advised me on what the next steps are and what I can expect. I have my life back. Thanks to Bobby and Hannah for everything!

I dealt with Nnanna mainly but also spoke to Hannah. I have never spoke to anyone that wanted to help me so much . I have been struggling for years and have been getting lower and lower each day trying to manage everything on my own. After one phone call with Nnanna i felt so much lighter and just knowing that there was hep out there for me was a massive relief.
He helped me through everything he was there for support every step of the way . It took only 1 month and i am now on my way to being debt free . Stress free and happier than i have been in years. Nnanna was the agent who helped me go from a place of financial dispair to a place of financial peace. I didn't even know it was possible to do anything like this, write off debts. I went onto Google to see if there was anything I could do about my debts and faith financial solutions popped up so I filled in a form online, within minutes Nnanna was in my email inbox helping me, he seemed to be available round the clock! I am so grateful to Nnanna, he was non judgemental, he wasn't patronising, he treated me with respect and it was clear he genuinely wanted to help me. He went above and beyond, reassuring me when worry took over, believe me when I say there were times when I was erratic with stress, sleepless nights and worry... honestly, I cannot praise him enough, the guy needs a medal! I'm pleased to say that after 2 and a half months it's all gone through, my IVA has been accepted and I'm now back to sleeping at night. Great service from faith financial. Very friendly team who don’t make you feel embarrassed or upset. Process can take a long time depending on what help you need but that’s not their fault. Special mention to Andrew who looked after me, he was excellent and always responded super quick. Highly recommended. Thanks for all you have done for me!

Despite extensive correspondence over a period of three months a representative of this company failed to communicate a crucial detail - that I reside in Scotland - to the company that they use to set up debt repayment plans. This ultimately meant that the whole process had been a complete waste of my time and energy and a complaint has been submitted. Despite this, their representative continues to harass me expecting that I will still wish to use their services - I absolutely do not.
I would advise anyone seeking advice in regards to debt to steer clear of this company.
