I ordered a t-shirt the end of February after at least 9 emails I still have not got a tracking # or the t- shirt. I keep getting the same excuses like large demand, we will flag your order as top priority and all othe bullshit excuses. I finally asked for my money back. Now I am wondering on how long it is going to take to get that back. NO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.
I placed an order with Falcons Express on 10/18/2025 for an Apple Watch accessory they claimed was in stock. The website promised delivery in 7–10 business days.
After my payment went through, the company stopped being responsive in any real way. The order never shipped. Every time I reached out, they replied with vague excuses like “your order is being escalated” or “we’ll update you soon,” but never provided a tracking number, real contact information, or a refund.
I gave them multiple written deadlines, including a final 48-hour notice, and they still refused to act. I’ve since filed a dispute with my bank and reported them to Shopify and the Texas Attorney General.
This company does not appear to ship orders or process refunds at all. I highly recommend avoiding them.
