Supreme quality. These pans are world class!
This is the second pan I have purchased from Falk Culinaire and I continue to be amazed at the world class quality.
On this occasion I bought a 20cm Saute Pan and it is a 'thing of great beauty'. The quality cannot be faulted in any way.
The pan has a bit of 'heft' to it which I appreciate and it sits really well on the hob.
I am slowly building my collection as and when finances allow as these pans don't come cheap. That said I am quite content with my purchase as each pan comes with a lifetime guarantee.
Recommended?...yes very much!

Having tried various cheaper pans I decided to go for one that was thicker in copper along with the stainless steel, wished I had gone for this quality from the start
The heat transference is excellent, providing a full even cooking experience, not just a centre spot
Easy to clean if you have experience of stainless steel, prompt delivery
Very happy with purchase, looking to add other items in their range over time
Questionable Pricing and Marketing
You can get very similar performance from high quality tri-ply using the same amount of aluminium instead of copper (e.g. Samuel Groves) and that comes with a lid and is cheaper.
But if you really want copper, this stuff is 10/10 and the delivery was prompt.
The middling review is the pricing. In the past few months there’s been two occasions where everything on the UK site has been reduced by 25%.
I hate when companies do this because it just shows they’re overcharging for the rest of the year and could just charge 18-20% less all of the time.The sales also go beyond the end date countdown they put on the site.
Good products, I just dislike the sales tactics which feel tacky for such high end goods.
Great Product - Not a Premium Buying Experience
Upfront I'll say that I love both the pans I got - the internet special saucier and the cooper core frying pan. Not crazy about having to use the EU website to order because the UK website hasn't been updated to include the range with stainless steel handles ... but the pricing is close enough and they use interbank exchange rates so I'll live.
Where things got strange was in the delivery process. For the first pan the time between order confirmation and delivery was 2 weeks with no updates from the company till I prodded. For the second time the lead time was even longer, about 17 days. This time I didn't bother to follow up.
With both pans the shipping firm was something other than Falk Culinair and not the same firm both times. The first time shipping was via Parcelforce. With the second shipment I was sent a tracking number for Parcelforce that was in fact for UPS which delivered the item.
Both pans arrived in low-end cardboard shipping boxes, wrapped in plastic/ bubble wrap and without a Falk branded presentation box inside. For avoidance of doubt, both were in perfect condition.
Again, I love the product and probably will order more as money and space permit.
Pleasure to cook with!
I bought the Falk Fusion sauté pan after receiving another Falk copper pan. These products are obviously of a certain price, but they are not only stylish, they are a pleasure to cook with. I was surprised to hear about the bad customer service. On my side, Neil has been very good at communicating and very responsive to messages. I even got a picture of the pan being made as I believe it was one of the first of the series.
Outstanding Products and Customer Service
I hardly ever write Trustpilot reviews - only when the service is exceptional or atrocious.
I have purchased lots of Falk products over the years and have found Falk to offer exemplary customer service including: timely delivery, fantastic products, exceptional communications and outstanding customer support.
I recently had an issue with one of their products long after I purchased it and Falk went out of its way to resolve it. Not only was it to my satisfaction, but it also exceeded my already high expectations.
If you are looking for a quality product that will last a lifetime from a company that actually cares about you as a customer you probably can't do better than Falk

I have bought a number of these pans…
I have bought a number of these pans over the years and the quality is excellent. They are a little on the heavy side (due to the use of high grade steel and copper) but the performance is outstanding. Also the customer service is first rate. I wholeheartedly recommend this product.
Not good company! Please read.
I purchased 4 items on Black Friday from Falk UK store. There was an incident, a sudden strike at Aramex. They hold the package for one month, but this incident looks suspicious. It had not happened before and had an unexpected result. After i receive it, I discovered two items that appeared to be a manufacturing defect. One lid looks like being hit by another sharp extreme force such as a hammer. Another lid has an uneven rim "cannot" happen but only by defective manufacturing. All items are perfectly secure shipping, and this damage is not a result from currier.
I sent sufficient evidence, such as photos (i still have them), to Falk UK as proof, but denied these facts, and put blame on Aramex, asking me to get a refund from them, which is an unfair and false accusation. Falk in the UK refuse to accept any returns or refunds, in excuse of a one-month pass. They refuse to accept the strike incident is a legitimate excuse, which is very unfair, particularly the damaged pans due to manufacturing defects.
A more shocking surprise, when I notified Falk at headquarters in Belgium, not only did they know everything in advance and reject my claims, but also threatened me to take action against me if I revealed this information to anyone.
This company is unreliable, untrustworthy.
I have lost all the money i paid, the items are unusable, and no one is helping me to solve my issue. I never had this experience before from any company I dealt with before.
Please be careful!
6 stars
Amazing shopping experience. If I could, I would give 6 stars for the following 6 reasons:
1. Their Try Me Offer is a grant deal and a great idea;
2. Their website looks a bit outdated at first, but in fact it's full of very helpful content and the purchase experience is amazing;
3. The shipping via DPD is super quick (when they say Next Day delivery, they mean it), and they even given a 1-hour window on the morning of the delivery;
4. Super well packaged and with a very useful present (a bottle of Bar Keepers friends to clean the pan);
5. The pan itself (a saucier in my case) is brilliant, the best pan I have in the kitchen;
6. The temptation to order more from them is big, I need to find a way to resist that :)
As magnificent after 5 months as at the start :)
In early July I ordered my first Falk pan -- a 16cm saucier.
-- I have tons (perhaps literally) of a certain French cast iron series, which I do like, but none were ideal for making small quantities of delicate sauces.
-- the email exchanges with Neil Corke were highly responsive, with clear and succinct advice on size and choice between saucier and mousseline (I was looking for a good pan for hollandaise/bearnaise/etc for two people) -- no hint of over-selling :) .
-- the rounded bottom is magnificent! -- allows me to use a regular wire whisk -- the heat capacity and ability to control by light touches on a not-so-good glass-topped stovetop (the heat is only controlled by the on vs off time of each 'burner') is very refreshing, making controlling thickening very easy (and keeping nicely warm for service also easy).
-- I chose the 'signature range' and can confirm that the stainless steel handles do not get hot, are therefore very easy to hold, and allow easy control of the angle of the pan.
-- cleanup is trivial -- add water, then wash up 15+ minutes later (or even 3 hours later).
-- I followed the recommendations for seasoning the pan -- nothing has stuck in the past 5 months.
-- it's become my go-to pan for anything I can use it for.
-- I'm going to buy a larger one now, since using it to prep souffles has meant filling it almost to the brim, and then mixing in the final stuff which couldn't fit.
-- sorry LC, Falk has put you into 2nd place.
The one and only!!!
I was looking for new cookware for some time now. I was fed up with my 27 year old set which I bought when I was moving into my first own apartment. I am a guy who uses things until they break. Then I repair them and keep on using them. I also love things that last 5 lifetimes. Just like the goods in the old days. No plastics, no glas. Just handcrafted metals. And I like things straight forward. No unnecessary bling bling.
So I was looking for good quality for cooking (heat distribution) and good quality in material and lots of mass of material. After several hours of research over one year I finally came to the conclusion that I rather buy my stuff for 1300 Euros and really have the best instead of paying 400 and have some mockup.
So I bought at Falk and now I am so glad I did. If you hold a piece like that you feel the qualitiy, you see the quality and you experience the quality.
I cant recommend this cookware enough. It is so beautiful by appearance and by perceived quality.
The service at falkcoppercookware.com is also amazing.
Thanks a lot to you all and I know if I would ever need some cookware again I will buy it from you!

Kudos to Neil for very prompt replies.
Very good quality of product and on top of that excellent quality of customer service!
I own a few of these pans and can't fault any of them
I own a few of these pans and can't fault any of them. Pans I've owned before seemed to have a limited lifespan and degraded/fell apart over time but I can see the Falk pans lasting a lifetime. Plus - they're a pleasure to cook on - even heat distribution and solid to work with (they've got a decent weight to them). When using them on the hob they take a while to heat up (which is a good thing) but this makes them very predictable to use - you're not going to suddenly burn anything with these pans. They look great as well!
