When booking with this company do not expect any apologies or compensation when things go drastically wrong. we consider that a lift to pier penthouse in Falmouth not in use is not satisfactory as it takes 4 flights of a metal fire escape to access. Beautiful views over the harbour but lacking so many usual comforts... No microwave- tea towels-wine glasses=nothing to light the gas cooker and the tv is the size of a postage stamp for the size of the room. Add this to the street noise early morning and late at night doesn't make for a restless stay.. And don't expect any sympathy from the company. needless to say we will not be using Falmouth Holidays again.

We had to request a change of booking due to a death in the family, we e-mailed Stuart who got back to us very quickly the same morning , his quick response is very much appreciated and put our minds at rest allowing us to sorting things out.

We stayed at The Sailors Penthouse in Falmouth last week (2nd - 9th May) and the instructions for our arrival were spot on as was the apartment.Parking was very close to apartment which well appointed and equipped. Bedding and towels were of excellent quality and we were very comfortable. We had a small problem with the fridge during the week we stayed so contacted the property manager by text one morning before we went out and the problem had been sorted by the time we returned later in the day. Lovely apartment and excellent service.

We have booked holidays with Falmouth Holidays on several occasions. The properties we have stayed in are Turning Tides and Sea Breeze. Both of these properties are excellent, fabulous location, great facilities and importantly (and rare) in Falmouth, both have off-road parking. We will be booking again later in the year.

We had a wonderful stay with Falmouth Holiday Homes during October half term. We stayed in Flushing, which is a truly lovely village and a perfect base for a family break. The property was comfortable and well located, and everything was exactly as described. Stuart was especially helpful throughout the process and made everything very easy from start to finish. We wouldn’t hesitate to book with Falmouth Holiday Homes again and would highly recommend them.

We had a wonderful short break in the run up to Christmas at the Sea Breeze! What a beautiful, cosy home. The place was spotlessly clean and warm. The garden was also perfect for our little dog Dolly, private and peaceful.
It was only a short stroll to the beach and town and we looked forward to returning to the house after our daily adventures.
I would also like to add a special thank you to Stuart who went above and beyond in helping us find a last minute getaway. He was very kind and very quick to respond to all our enquiries.
We will definitely book again.

Very easy to book and Driftwood was amazing. Beautiful apartment. Lovely welcome pack and so thoughtful that there were really nice Christmas touches. Really comfy beds, brilliant en suite shower and everything you would need. Excellent parking too and beautiful location. Perfect for us visiting our son in Penryn

Having booked through Falmouth Holiday Homes a few years ago, we decided to book again for a last minute winter break. Yet again, we couldn’t have been happier with the service and communication from start to finish.
We stayed at The Corner House (highly recommend!) and loved the location, just a stones throw from pubs and also the gorgeous decor (especially the log burner). We won’t be leaving it so long to book again! Highly recommend.

We stayed at the Quaterdeck in December 2025.
We had booked to stay in Cornwall at another property booked with a different company.
When we got to the property we were very disappointed and decided not to spend our Christmas there.
We really didn’t want to have to drive all the way back home so looked on the Falmouth holiday homes website as we had used them for a Christmas break before and were very impressed.
I gave them a call on the off chance seeing it was the 23rd December and very short notice.
I spoke to a lovely man called Stuart, and within 10 minutes he had arranged for us to stay in an apartment in Falmouth.
The apartment was beautiful, we couldn’t have wished for more.
It was beautifully furnished and modern, very spacious and had everything we needed. The bonus was we had our own car park space and it felt very safe.
The apartment was spotless, so clean, with lovely bed linen and towels.
What made it extra special was the view.
We had a lovely big balcony looking out to the sea.
Which was beautiful on Christmas Day watching the waves.
Stuart was so kind to sort something out at such short notice for us, and texted and made sure all was ok.
This was our second booking with Falmouth Holiday Homes , their properties are well worth the money and to a high standard.
They made our Christmas and we will definitely book with them again.

We trusted Falmouth Holiday Homes with our family Christmas break and we could not have been more delighted. I am always nervous to book holiday homes but Stuart was professional and courteous and communication was excellent throughout.
We are a large family and the cottage was perfect. It was clean and excellently equipped and had the most beautiful Christmas tree and feather wreath.

The Lighthouse View - excellent, well equipped apartment in great location. The real Christmas tree very much appreciated. As a repeat customer we appreciate the Falmouth Holiday Homes easy booking process and helpful service provided by Stuart and his team.

We decided to take a last minute break over the new year and couldn't have been happier! We are a family of 4 with a dog and everything about our holiday was great. The house was clean, the agent was very accommodating in meeting our needs and it was super easy to book. Will definitely be rebooking in the summer!

Arrived to find floors had not been cleaned. Carpets full of hair and bathroom floors really dirty. Outside spaces and furniture were in need of a clean. Such a shame as the apartment was lovely and we enjoyed the views.

Stayed at a cottage in flushings called shell cottage.Cant fault the house it's self apart from the tv which isn't fit for purpose. My only fault with the cottage was in the write up on the cottage it says a private garden which you can view whilst washing up or stood at the kitchen window which is an utter lie as you are looking at a white washed set of stairs that leads to a garden which you can't even see.We would never of booked this had we knew this as we wanted to be able to let our dog wander in and out when she wanted and after reading about being able to see the garden from the window we wrongly assumed this would be the case.We had to walk up some stairs past next doors garden then put chairs across the garden entrance to stop her getting out .So you need to change your commitment about looking out the kitchen window on to the garden total rubbish.obviously you can't read as i said the kitchen view of the garden was my only fault as this was a total lie and as I said earlier the tv wasn't fit for purpose.

This is the second time I have booked through this company with the first being back in 2016 with no issues but that was perhaps simply because we had no issues with the property.

This time we arrived to discover our property was not only badly maintained but essentially was filthy. It had been very poorly cleaned between stays and was in very bad need of a much more thorough deep clean. There was even mold growing in numerous area of the property.

I contacted Falmouth Holiday Homes and they feigned mild concern but essentially did nothing about it and did not bother to follow up with either us or the owner (as far as I could tell).

Wish I had looked for these Trustpilot reviews before booking. I certainly will not use this company again.

5 Star all the way! Loved the apartment - amazing views across Falmouth Marina and beautifully furnished. Will definitely return and happy to recommend Falmouth Holiday Homes if you want to visit Cornwall.

Have used these a few times now, always a good experience when booking and the houses we have stayed in have always been spotlessly clean and presented to a really high standard. Very happy to give a 5 Star rating as unable to fault anything.

The company knowingly permitted me to pay £1200 on a balance for a property in September that they knew in July would be unavailable due the owner deciding to sell the property. Despite claiming to have emailed in July, I received no such communication and that it was the fault of "automated systems" that sent two reminders for me to pay by the end of September. I have been accused of abuse and threatening behaviour in SMS messages, as a way of deflecting very poor levels of customer service and preventing me from sharing my experience with other potential customers. From my experience today, I will neve use this company again.

We have rented many properties from these guys over the last 10 years, the service has always been exceptional and the properties are always faultless - highly recommended.
