A superb family break to the Czech Republic. We could not have been in better hands. The programme ran seamlessly throughout and our knowledgeable friendly guide endeavoured to ensure that we wanted for nothing and delivered on every request we made. The activities were fantastic such that we booked extra climbing and archery. All of the local providers were exceptional and a real testament to Families Worldwide. Great balance of Prague highlights with beautiful untapped countryside and unique sandstone geology. Great for our active family with children aged 10 and 17 years. Would book again.

We worked with Melissa and she was brilliant from start to finish. We had never used an agent before but she was super helpful and really listened to what we liked to do as a family and what kind of holiday we wanted. She was very responsive and proactive and made the whole process really positive.

We travelled to The Azores which appealed to us as its nature friendly, quiet, adventurous and gorgeous. Also, being very environmentally conscious was very important to us too. We had an amazing trip, the highlight being the Whale watching and swimming with wild dolphins!

Well organised and the transfer from and to the airport is a plus. The apartment was very clean and had all we needed including many English film channels. My son wanted to sleep on the sofabed which wasn't made up, it was arranged the next day on our return from the first activity. Location perfect and local team really nice and helpful. Only disappoinment was the visit to Brac and Blue Lagoon not really an activity and wasn't enough snokelling equipment for everyone. Oh and the early starts were an issue for us but it left free time in the afternoon which most would apprediate, my 16 year old son used it for catching up sleep a couple of days.

This was our second holiday with Families Worldwide. The first, to Egypt, was incredible. This time we were looking to go to Eastern Canada with our two teenage daughters. We arranged this through Families Worldwide because we realised we just wouldn't have time to spend on researching good places to stay. I am so glad we used them - it wouldn't have occurred to us to stay in some of the accommodation, and this is where booking via an operator makes all the difference. Who knew you can book a lodge with a glass front that looks out onto a pack of wolves!?
As has been mentioned in other reviews, the flexibility was great - there was no issue when a friend invited us to stay with her in Montreal and we asked to remove the accommodation for those 2 nights from the itinerary.

This is our second time asking Families Worldwide to take care of our holiday plans...and they smashed it again! We weren't sure where we wanted to go, and Jenny put the effort in take some key info and create some really interesting and exciting options for us. Once we settled on Reykjavik, she was happy to tweak and tailor the holiday until we got all the elements, from flights to hotel to activities, exactly as we wanted them.

And what a holiday! 4 days in and around Reykjavik, northern lights, whale watching, thermal spa lagoons, frozen waterfalls and everything in-between. And a hotel that really added something extra. It was a special break full of experiences we'll never forget.

With it just being me and my teenage daughter, it matters a lot to me that all of the planning and logistics are taken care of, so we can maximise our time together stress free knowing that everything is going to go smoothly. And this is where I really appreciate and value the experience and skills of Families Worldwide in making this a reality.

Families Worldwide provided a brilliant custom-made holiday with amazing customer service from start to finish. Skiing in Lapland (where else do you see reindeer on the slope and have a sauna in your apartment) was so much fun and being able to do activities from reindeer farm to snowshoeing gave a wider experience vs Alps skiing. It was the perfect set-up for beginners. I would highly recommend Families Worldwide.

Three generations of our family went on holiday to Lake Bled in Slovenia to celebrate Granddad's birthday. We all had an amazing time. We were all able to enjoy all the activities organised for us by the company before hand. Zip lining, canyoning, white water rafting etc were all great fun. Laura our consultant went to so much trouble to arrange this special holiday for us. Very impressive from start to finish. Made booking a holiday simple, the holiday that was planned for us ticked all our boxes and we had zero stress in the planning. The range of activities were fun and inclusive, even with wide age ranges in the mix. Thoroughly enjoyed by all and wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Hotel was clean and comfortable, hosts were exceptional and travel consultant very attentive and helpful.

We booked a family trip to Omiš, Croatia with Families Worldwide Ltd and had an absolutely fantastic experience. The holiday was very well organised with great communication from the start.

We chose an activity-based trip, which included zip-lining, kayaking, and white-water rafting. Each activity was run by knowledgeable, friendly, and safety-conscious staff. Both of our children (8 and 15) had a brilliant time – no small achievement given the age gap! It was also lovely to share the experience with other like-minded families in the group.

The accommodation was excellent – central yet quiet, and the air conditioning was very welcome after a day out on the river. There was a good balance of downtime too, with plenty of opportunities to enjoy the beach or simply relax. Omiš itself has fantastic restaurants, and we thoroughly enjoyed exploring the area.

A special mention to our tour guide, Nina, who met us at the airport and arranged a smooth, fuss-free transfer to Omiš. She was always available throughout the trip, ensuring everything ran seamlessly.

My 10 year old daughter and me had a fabulous holiday on Gozo with two additional days on Malta. We loved everything about it. The trip was really well organised, the transfers were on time, the hotels nice and the activities exciting for both of us. The guides for the activities looked after us well and we always felt safe. The local contact was available for any questions both day and night, and he gave us additional information about the local culture and suggestions for the free days. Diving, climbing, kayaking, snorkeling and swimming - we enjoyed it all. We also visited two Neolithic sites, caves, museums, a fishing village, a church, an art gallery, went on boats and ferries and walked through the touristy city centres of Valletta and Sliema. And all that within 11 days in total. There was also a local cooking class, which we only did because it was part of the program, but we really enjoyed that, too, and we learnt quite a bit about the local food, history and culture. Not to mention the pools and beaches, my daughter's favourite places. The water temperature was about 26 degrees and we saw plenty of fish, even a cuttlefish. I recommend Malta and Gozo as a destination, and I recommend this company.

We had the most wonderful holiday in Indonesia travelling to Bali, Lombok, Gili Islands and Komodo National Park. The itinerary was designed perfectly for a family with a great variety of things to do, and also helping us experience the culture of this amazing country. Our local guides were excellent (which is key to a holiday like this) and the hotels were excellent quality - much better than on small group adventures trips I've taken with other companies. The booking team are really helpful and knowledgeable. If you're looking for a family adventure that you will all remember for years to come, this is the company for you!

We went to Malaysia on a family adventure, through families worldwide. The trip was incredible and so well organised. The tour guides were brilliant, the hotels all great and all the activities were so diverse and ensured we crammed so much into our trip, while still time to relax. It was planned so well and all we had to do was turn up. We are a family of 4, with kids age 8 and 10, and the tour incorporated aspects to ensure the kids really enjoyed it, with the tour guide also making it fun for the kids (including the walking tours with lots of stops for drinks and snacks). Holiday of a lifetime and would highly recommend!

A fabulous family trip to Canada. The organisation and support amazing throughout. Happy to adjust suggestions to our demands. We simply had the most wonderful experience - Whales, Bears, mountains, beaches, and hotels we would never have found on our own. Blackrock was simply out of this world. We normally plan out our own holiday tours, but the quote, experience and service from Families Worldwide means we'll be return customers!

My children and I had an absolutely brilliant holiday to Costa Rica through Families Worldwide. Melissa designed an 11 night tailor made holiday for us, taking into account everything I'd told her about what we were looking for. The end result was a great itinerary, full of once in a lifetime experiences. Would definitely book with Families Worldwide again!

6 day activity holiday to pyrenees.
First time we have booked anything like this and used Families Worldwide so was a little nervous. I have to say it was amazing. I struggle to please everyone with having a 17, 12 and 9 year old ( boy,girl,boy) such a difference in ages but they all loved it. Kelly was fantastic to deal with when booking. Got all the information through although not detailed as would have hoped for but I needn’t have worried. We decided to book 2 days separately at the start and stayed in SB Icaria hotel near the beach in Barcelona. Sergio from Pyrenees Connexions picked us up from there and was about a 3.5 hour drive. Comfortable van just for us. The hotel in Benasque was lovely. Well designed comfortable rooms and nice quiet pool area. Just up the street was the activity office where we picked up all the information for the week. Benasque is what I would describe as the Spanish Lake District but nicer. Lovely bars and restaurants, sports centre, amazing views and reasonably priced. Ivan was with us for the walking, canyoning and rock climbing. Felt in very safe hands. All activities were amazing. We were picked up from the hotel and had clear instructions on what to bring. Would advise some good light weight easy to dry trainers with good grips. Ivan took all the pictures on the canyoning and emailed the link. The kids loved this activity the most. Biking was a different company and we set off from the hotel and went to the lake. Lovely views. My husband and eldest went on a further route when we got back. The rafting we were picked up from hotel by Sergio again and driven about half an hour to the centre. Really enjoyed this activity. Well organised and safe. Pictures were 28 euros for a link but we’ll worth it as you can’t take them yourself while trying to steer a boat 🤣. There is quite a bit of walking involved and some carrying of packs for the canyoning but the kids coped really well and loved every minute. I would highly recommend if you are an active family looking for something a bit different.
