Replacement car battery
Unfortunately my car battery died 2 days before having to start back to work after the Christmas break. I felt quite panicked at this point but decided to call Family Car Centre. They were amazing, I was given a quote for a replacement within 5 minutes and in just over an hour they arrived to fit a replacement battery. I had a busy day planned but thanks to Family Car Centre this small set back did not affect my day. Thank you so much for taking my stress away so quickly I am so grateful for such a wonderful service

Battery replacement - EXCELLENT SERVICE !
I had arranged for a new car battery to be fitted by them and was given a time to bring my car in.
I was slightly delayed arriving as as had to call out the home start to get the car started but they were very flexible and I was seen promptly even though they had other customers ahead of me.
Their communication and service were excellent and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to others in and around Braintree and using them again myself, a very well managed and customer centric business - thank you Family Car Centre !

Best Place in Essex for all your car needs, fair prices, Good People
My car is 11 years old, I've been thinking about replacing it, it went through the MOT with some advisories, Halfords quoted me £600, I managed to get all the work done including 3 part worn tyres for £250. I wish we knew about this place years ago. 10 stars*********

what a great excellent garage this is!! i came in with a few problems on my car, i went to 2 other garages and they couldn’t find the problem but these mechanics did i’m so happy and they done it for a great price.
very friendly people and i highly recommend their professionalism
i must also say they work very quickly and efficiently
