I bought a woman's coat, which was delivered quickly. After unwrapping it, it was very creased so I ironed it, tried it on and hung it up. When I got it out to wear, it was totally creased again, cheap fabric. Then the fun started. I contacted them and each time I got a robot response, 6 times. I have now been ghosted. They ignored that they were in breach of the CPA . I am now at a loss as to what to do other than kick myself that I didn't read the reviews before I bought the goods. Scammers.

My 16 year old son is currently fighting for a refund. Paid £85 for a ‘Liam Gallagher ‘ jackets( no longer listed on website ) which looks nothing like what the star would wear and looks more like a fishing jacket. I wouldn’t even pay £10 never mind £85. Saved up 3 weeks to pay for this and has been robbed not only is quality terrible buts it far too short on body for him and they refusing refund. AVOID this scam of a company

Call me stupid but I had no idea these items were all FAKES / KNOCK OFFS. Beware there's nothing to say they are not legitimate. These are FAKE / SCAM / KNOCK OFF items. BEWARE

Only thing that went well was the delivery!
I expected a barbour type waxed jacket as in sales photos, all I received was a cheap cotton unwaxed knockoff. Complete waste of £79.

Awful website, awful product, awful service, complete scam. Avoid this company at all costs.

They sent me the wrong item and now want refund me the money, they say I can’t return the item as there is maintenance at their warehouse
. I was told it would be sent from UK, but the company is based in Pakistan.

SCAM
Bought a jacket, didn’t receive any confirmation order confirmation and they ghost me. Open a dispute on Revolut and asked immediately refund.

Do not use this company!!!! I ordered a hoodie for Christmas for my son £60. It took aggges to come and when it came the sizing was completely off. It was a “large” and was half way up my son’s arms. Got in touch. Couple emails swapped then just nothing. Absolutely nothing. I am a single mum with two kids, no village and no income other than my own I don’t have £60 to just waste on a hoodie I can’t do anything about. It’s awful how people are still allowed to do this ! Disgusting behaviour they need to be shut down.

I ordered a jacket. The jacket that was pictured was diffrent than the jacket i received. Comtacted them (and had a quick responce) but they just gave me a run around and eventually stopped the conversation. F these guys. The site also said delivery in 5 -8 business days, it took over a month to arrive. Be careful, because i think they are affiliated with "genuine leather" store, and maybe some others as well. The jacket is made in pakistan, so tje products they sell are not on hand and take forever to ship.

I bought a £60 hoodie for my sister whose birthday is just after Christmas. Delivery was a little slow but it turned up just in time.
The hoodie itself was awful, looked like the picture but was a really small size. It was meant to be a L ladies but the head hole was so small that no-one could get their head through it, not even my young teenage daughter.
I contacted them and they wanted me to pay another £30 to have another sent out so £90 with no guarantee that the size would be ok.
I would not use again and would not recommend to a friend or colleague!

AVOID ordered pink palm puff hoodie for daughter for Christmas paid £59. advertised as fllece lined and shown on pictures as embroidered back not the case lined with what i can only describe as bin bag looking and a cheap peeling transfer on back! company says Newcastle but is actually in pakistan! contacted my bank as read reviews on refunds policy bank contacted them they asked me to close dispute with my bank i said no still trying to stop bank returning the money to them. SCAM cheap rubbish.

Paddington coat arrived from Pakistan!! and quality very very poor and not like picture at all. Duffle fasteners were shocking and coat covered in small white plastic bits which were stuck to coat. Internal lining smaller than outer coat so fit was terrible. Sent all info 3 days ago and every day since - no reply - wish i had read reviews terrible terrible company - Avoid at all costs.

So it is this company that sells a very cheap copy of the pink palm puff hoodie, where in the advertised photos of the product the design is embroidered, but we have received a product with painted design.
They are intentionality deceiving customers, a disgraceful act, which the law of karma will ballance out.
A disgraceful, untrustworthy, greedy and deceitful company.

Company can be improved by being vetoed! Sent for a ‘Stussy’ jacket for my granddaughters Christmas present- definitely fake. People like this make me sick… greed and terrible products coming from Pakistan

I unfortunately didn’t read these reviews ! Got a FAKE stussy top for my daughter ! £60 ! Came in a really smelly plastic bag from Pakistan ! No tags , labels , awful quality ! Can’t believe this site hasn’t been shut down ! Please AVOID and save your hard earned money !

Dodgy item coming from Pakistan obviously fake not happy could have bought the same knock off from a market!!

Awful company pretending to be famous brands. Purchased a “Stussy” hoodie for half the price of the real Stussy and received a piece of plastic of horrendous quality and no ability to return/get any refund. I purchased in a rush, should have checked Trustpilot. Their website also comes up first in search when you look for anything Stussy so obviously their Google ad is working great for them. I paid for rubbish I am not going to wear £60. Wonky stitching, awful fabric, everything awful. It is a scam from Pakistan. Avoid.

bought a Yellowstone knitted cardigan which turned out to be a rubbish quality jacket!
Getting any money back is turning out to be a lesson in futility.

After many emails and stating my rights to a full refund not the 50% like they were offering I did finally receive a full refund.

I wish I had read the reviews before buying from this website! It is a scam from Pakistan. But they pretend to be in the UK.
I can’t even have words to describe what I was sent and after being told I was going to be refunded 20% of the purchase, I decided not even bother pursuing them!
I’ve taken the rubbish they sent me to the charity shop!!!

I’m still trying to find ways to report their website because it is a fake and should be removed.
