Long story short

Final Update** I got my refund, but having to jump through hoops to receive it and constantly not having my case look at properly doesn't chang what happened. They never acknowledged they were wrong, so I'm here to spread that message. They need to upgrade their internal systems as multiple employees complained that it's not good and capable of solving simple issues. They make a lot of money, they should seriously do better cause its quite embarrassing as a reflection of their company as a whole.

They have absolutely no clue about how to make customers happy.

UPDATE*** to a zero if I could everytime I speak to someone it gets worse and more frustrating. I got a response where they are choosing not to be accountable for the end result of their actions, the entire process has been that has been recorded through phone, emails, and escalation calls. They essentially said you caused this by your initial response, and everything in between that response and 30 days of waiting, phone calls, and emails, escalation of them guiding me through the process to get a refund meant nothing. Zero accountability. Absolute terrible company. Now I have to waste the store credit to buy more of their product that I dont want or ever want again.

Long story short, I went through the refund process, clicked credit rather than refund. 24 hours later I requested a refund, was told I had to wait 30 days for the postage to expire, which I did. Was then called back and provided a credit to ship back the hats, so I could get the refund because "their internal systems are terrible" and wasn't capable of generating a new postage. I went along and sent back the hats as requested, then when the time finally came for the refund. They gave a me a store credit of all things.

They now have escalated the case multiple times, but the common response so far is, its too late to help you. Once the credit was provided its now out of our control. Despite doing nothing wrong, this company has taken zero accountability, has passed me off numerous times over for a $91 refund which is the most ridiculous thing above all.

Its embarrassing, they should be embarrassed and I have no intention of buying from them again. They can keep the $91 credit. I am still awaiting a response to see if this gets resolved so I can update this.

Could be the worst of the worst

Could be the worst of the worst. I ordered an IU shirt. Horrible quality — thin, poor construction. No way to return it; no way even to contact customer support either. Their published phone number is “no longer in service.” The only way to unsubscribe from emails is to subscribe to text messages. Stay away.

No perks/promos

The casino works fine in my experience. Actually they cash out instantly to my bank. I do however catch it lagging a lot and also am starting to believe it’s rigged. I have never been up, my loss stays between 10,000-20,000 more than my win. I have to play for hours to get it to do anything but my real complaint is the perks/promos. They used to be great!! Now that they’ve got bigger, they changed it and it’s impossible to get any real perks. I play everyday but for the people that don’t, you have to wager at least $10 a day to win anything on daily spin and usually it’s like 1-3 free spins on a .10cent bet. I play at least $1000 a day and I win usually $2-5 fancash or casino credit.

Fanatics is not the same as it used to be.

I used to order from Fanatics and had no issues with the experience. When I have had orders not delivered on time recently, the customer service team has made it a hassle to get a refund. When I have insisted, the representatives chatting with me have just left the conversations. They clearly use a script and are probably leaving the conversation once the script no longer works for them.

Fanatics will not receive any further business from this household.

Jersey never made it to me

Jersey never made it to me in spite of opting for expedited shipping. Package was marked as delivered but it wasn't, and fanatics made me wait another 6 days before they finally would release a refund.

Bad Service

I ordered Seahawk apparel on 1/28/26 for my son's 16th birthday as they had just won the conference championship and headed to the super bowl. It said my order would be delivered by 2/9/26. Perfect, is birthday is the 11th. Item never comes. I reach out to see what the issue is and they tell me that it was lost in transit and I should have reached out to them sooner. I was giving some time as I know things get delayed. Then the representative goes to tell me she can just refund my order. I never asked for a refund. I want the item!!!! They can send a replacement but that wont be delivered until 2/27!! Almost a month after I ordered it. I asked if they can expedite it or I can pay for it ( not that I should have to as they lost it) and there is no option to expedite it, but it doesn't ship until 2/18. Because it is a pre-order item they need two weeks for this item. I asked where it said that it was a preorder and it would take that long, and they said oh all of the items are pre order. But where does it say that, because I cant find on the website, description of item, or my receipt/order confirmation does it say that?? Cant give me an answer. They understand how frustrating this is, but there is nothing they can do. This is ridiculous.

* Update- order can earlier than the expected delivery date, which is totally great. The quality of the item is a bit unfortunate. The style of the sweater is not the same as pictured, and it looks like they just put iron on decals on the sweater and sent it out. Really not what I expected, I will not order from this place again.

Purchased $650 worth of goods on 1/29…

Purchased $650 worth of goods on 1/29 at 3:00 AM local time in order to ensure purchase for goods that we're undoubtedly going to sell out (which they had by 6:00 AM). Received a shipping notification later that day that the product we're going to be sent via FedEx with an estimated delivery 5 February - 12 February. At no point did the status change from "waiting for package from Fanatics." Despite two interactions with customer service where I was assured the order was not in doubt and to wait until the end of the delivery window before contacting I received notification that my order was refunded on February 13 despite never indicating I wanted a refund. During this period the items also sold out at other available outlets. On February 13 I again contacted customer service and was informed that the order could indeed not be fulfilled and was offered a meager discount code for the hassle. Will never purchase through Fanatics or any sellers in which they fulfill orders for again after previously spending $1,000s over the previous years.

Inconsistent communication

Ordered a Super Bowl hat weeks ago which hasn’t arrived. Delivery tracker stopped updating a week ago so I contacted fanatics for an update. One agent told me to come back in a week, another agent told me the order was lost and a refund had been processed. I then didn’t receive the refund so I contacted them again only to be told a refund hadn’t been processed and a team would need to review the order before refunding and that the order wasn’t lost. Now being told to wait longer as it might turn up. Inconsistent communication across the board and no further forward in receiving my order - an absolute shambles.

This is beyond ridiculous!

This is beyond ridiculous. Fanatics is selling a World Baseball Classic jersey as a “pre-order” that won’t arrive until after the tournament is over. Let that sink in. Event merchandise you can’t wear to the event.

To make it worse, there’s no clear warning when you purchase — you only find out after paying nearly $200 that the product is still “processing” and can’t be expedited. Customer service’s solution? “You can cancel.” That’s it.

Fanatics has become a monopoly for licensed sports merchandise, and it shows. Overpriced products, declining quality, slow fulfillment, and zero urgency to fix problems because they know fans have no real alternatives. If this were any other retailer, this kind of fulfillment would be unacceptable.

Charging premium prices while delivering budget-level service is not it. Fans deserve better than being treated like captive customers.

Save your money unless you enjoy waiting months for gear that arrives too late to matter.

Got sent a jersey made in 2022

Got sent a jersey made in 2022, in 2026, with a big bubble on the lettering. Was super excited, as it was a Mitchell and Ness "Authentic", but it was a waste of time. Past order experiences haven't been great either, and I own over 20 jerseys. Thankfully Nike is getting some licenses back for some players now so I don't have to get all of mine from only Fanatics anymore.

I both love and don't like Fanatics. The products are good quality but between their obvious pricing schemes (free this one week, free or discounted that week, all the while adjusting the price of the item so it's basically the same no matter what), and NO ABILITY TO REVIEW PRODUCTS are things I'd like to see changed. I'm convinced the reason Fanatics doesn't allow reviews is that it might hurt sales. They have a decent return policy but they are banking on (I'm guessing) a bunch of folks, like me, just keep the item or regift it. Example: Bought a Mariners shirt that looked so cool on-line and I've learned to read the "description" section carefully because sometimes there are details that change my mind, but this one looked great...until it arrived. The body & most of the arms were "dry fit" material, but none like I've every worn. MUCH stiffer and uncomfortable to wear. For sure, people would have commented on this IF Fanatics had a review system. Anyway, not enough to make me never buy from them again, I've already spent WAY too much, but as I said, most of their products I do like.

I would give negative if I could…

I would give negative if I could purchased $800 worth of products in December was supposed to be getting rewards as I’ve had a fanatic account for many years ordered it through the app under my account and now for $35 they’re screaming me around can never talk to anybody and emails with order management support goes nowhere they just screw you around. Probably the worst customer service rent company. They can learn something from Nordstrom‘s. Will never buy anything from this company again, and I will make sure I spread the word of their service.

Generous

I was very surprised that I was allowed to keep the products I wanted to return. Although in the 2 weeks I've used the two creams I didn't see much change it was extremely generous that they allowed me to keep them. Maybe with continuous use it will make a difference.

I would give them ZERO stars - STAY AWAY

If I could give zero stars, I would. I bought 4 items in November for Christmas. I ended up having to buy two extra items from a different store because 2 out of the 4 items that Fanatics sent me were the wrong size. I didn't call and return until December and the rep told me they would send me a postage paid return label in 48-72 hours via email. I waited, got nothing. I contacted them for a second time and third time and they said the same thing. By the time I called for the 4th time, it was January. They told me the return window was closed so I elevated to their manager. They told me their manager would call me back. Never did. Stuck with clothes I can't use. Will NEVER buy from this company again - and I have told all of my friends to stay away from this company as well.
