I still have not gotten my order yet from 2 months ago and sent 3 emails with no reply don’t buy anything from this company

It's not what I expected. Don't look like the picture, or quilty. Very disappointed.

My order was nothing like the photos and the sizes were completely wrong. I emailed to get a refund and they have now said I can either send it back to China or get a 15% refund!
So angry - won’t be ordering from here again for sure

My order is still "paid and unshipped" after a month

By reading other's review, it seems that making business with this company is a roll of dice. Ordered a corset for my burlesque class... it now ends in two weeks and even if shipped today, I wont be able to receive it in time.I have sent to 2 order inquiries and 1 email and I'm still waiting for a reply.

Don't order from there if you think to have your item on time, you may be disappointed.

My order is still "being processed" after a week.
That isn't the worst part.
I have sent 3 order inquiries and 1 email and have had NO reply !
AND I paid extra for a quick delivery !

I will never use them again and I DEFINETLY do NOT recommend.
Don't waist your time, there are plenty other trust worthy websites out there.

I ordered two items, which were dispatched and received within a week however one of the items were damaged quite badly making them unuseable. I contacted the company who replied and said as the item left them in a good state would I mind kindly keeping it! At £50, no I kindly would not!! So I replied stating that I wanted a refund for the damaged item and as it turned out the other item didn't fit so I requested a replacement for that. I was told (after several chasing emails) that the item left them him a good state (obviously this was incorrect) so they would not refund it, and they refused to discuss or comment on the item I wanted exchanging!

They might seem cheaper than others out there, but I guess it comes down to the age old saying 'you get what you pay for'

I wouldn't recommend anyone use this company. Save yourself a lot of frustration and avoid this company like the plague

I see lots of low response review saying its poor or something. I never experienced such. It was my perfect size and they look so beautiful on me.

Really we have to try to encourage and not criticize so much. If you experienced a bad one, it might just be a bad day but i say, you can deliver better. But for me, your service was great.

Do not order from here!!!! They never respond to order inquiries, they take forever to send you what you order. Is a waste of your time and money.

ordered a corset a month ago, i have sent 2 inquiries, it states that it shall be answered within 24 hours, neither have been. My order hasnt even been processed, even though on website it states processing will take 3-5days, its been a month guys! i want my money back! NOW!!!! I NEEDED said item, too late now! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!

I have had a terrible time with FancyLadies over the last month - absolutely horrible experience. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE IF YOU EXPECT TO GET WHAT IS PHOTOGRAPHED.

FancyLadies make their dresses to 95% likeness to the photographs (I did not know this). I was horrified as a bride on a budget with a short engagement when I received my wedding dress.

First problem - IT WAS YELLOW! A wedding dress symbolizes purity and I cannot wear a yellow dress in front of my family on my wedding day. The customer service girl (Jessie) insisted that it was the correct colour although I am certain that I received it in a shade called "21" on their website.

Second problem - It looked NOTHING like the photograph. I immediately emailed customer service and told them they sent me the wrong dress. They requested picture. I sent them a plethora of photos to which the response was "you look so beautiful on it".

We emailed daily for a month trying to come to a resolution, at which point they told me they would refund me half the cost of the dress unless I shipped it to them. The return shipping for me was $150.00! I asked them to get me their shipping rate and they refused. I asked them to half the shipping expenses with me and they refused.

I paid over $250 dollars when you include shipping, customs and the dress itself. And now I need to buy a new dress. All said and done I got a $80 dollar refund and some $5 off coupons for their website - which I will not be using.

I found a swimsuit that I positively loved on Fancyladies.com. Unfortunately, it was unavailable in my size. Their customer service dept provided me with other similar options, and helped me to find another suit to fit my needs & budget. Needless to say, I'm the hottest girl at the pool, on the beach, and everywhere I wear it. I love it even more than the original one I chose. Their prices can't be beat, and if you choose regular shipping, as it's coming from China, it's worth the wait. I expedited my shipping and my suit was received in the time promised. I look forward to shopping their site in the future. Love them!

Love it! But needs more view shots of the clothes, great prices, and delivered faster then the emails said.

I ordered my bridesmaid dresses and wasn't disappointed with the quality - only that they were badly crinkled upon arrival, but that would be expected with them being posted. It cost me more money to have them pressed, though.

Communication was OK. Not happy with the time it took to make and deliver them, even though plenty of time was given they still seemed unconcerned about them getting here before the wedding date. They did arrive a week before, but that left minimal time and required alterations.

The quality was awesome & the prices made it a done deal. Can't wait to buy more :)

I ordered a dress for my anniversary party and needed it in less than three weeks. They were great about doing exactly what I needed! My dress was custom and gorgeous! Make sure you give more time for shipping though, as Fancy Ladies shipped it out when they should have, but I got it late due to DHL being stupid. I would trust Fancy Ladies again and recommend them to others.

I ordered a dress in March and have not received it yet. It is now May 6. I received another customers fabric swatches and my Fancy Ladies representative, Jesse, has done nothing to get me my package. It is the worst customer service I have ever received and I will never associate with this company again.

So I ordered this dress, really beautiful. But I needed to cancel it because I no longer had anywhere to ware it to, and I kind of needed my money back. Well When I made the request to cancel the next day I received an email stating it was sent the day before, so on the day I requested to cancel it. They send me the wrong color dress but I wasn't going to worry bout it because it was so gorgeous. But since I never wore it and have no were to ware it to I asked for a refund. Terns out thats only possible is its the wrong size/color and some other reasons. Its been taking a week to get replies about this and its gitting frustrating. I just told them about the color problem so maybe i can get a refund. I really love the web site, they have really cute cloths but if im having this much trouble just asking for a refund I dont think I'll be shopping there much.

I ordered a few items a couple of mo.back 3 of them came in a timely manner then I was notified that the other items where out of stock so after going back and fourth in the email I agreed to replace them After waiting for then to arrive 2 wks past I emailed rep. She said there where on the way ok waited 2 more wks again emailed rep. Then I guess she got mad cause I said I wanted a refund cause they were taking to long so she said to me let me explain it to u as usual and I hope u can understand it .so I again emailed her to let her know mot to talk to me like I don't have an education she shouldn't be talking to people that way then on top of it all I just received the items after waiting 2 plus mo. For it I'm going on vac 5/9 I wanted the order way before now so if it didn't fit I could send it back etc. but it's to late now thanks a lot

Fancyladies is a good company, I am a long time customer and have never had major problems when I had been changed as soon as their error, their products are of good quality and I have noticed that over time have lowered their quality, prices have risen in an exaggerated and freight rates is also high relative to other Chinese suppliers, however their products are of better quality: after sales care is very good, the people are very friendly and always respond, that is very good and is much appreciated. Also I think they should improve delivery time and should accept Paypal for payment.
