An item was missing from my order and no way to reach customer service
An item was missing from my order and their customer service line does not allow you to speak to a representative. You have to create a "ticket" and send an email and they say they get back to you within 2 business days or "often within a couple of hours" I have had no responses after a week and have sent 4 urgent follow up emails with no response, I finally got a phone number to the Meyer Corp 800-888-3883 and got a live person. Time will tell if he resolved my issue.
